Iron Man & Onslaught GET BIG! My first Marvel Snap deck! 

Hey folks, I know some of you might already be worried this is a Marvel Snap channel now, haha. Don't worry! I just couldn't finish editing the Duels run in time (it was 3 hours long), so I had to slot this in ahead of it in the schedule. There will be more Hearthstone soon... later today in fact!

Agatha may be the silliest card I've seen in any CCG and I love her.

Reminds me of smashup which very awesome. The hidden location aspect and the constant evolution with added locations makes this a winner.

Long time hearthstone player, but I am SUPER excited for snap and to watch you play more of it. If you are able to give second dinner more feedback, PLEASE have them address the small text. It makes it really hard see what the cards and locations do. Hopefully the desktop client makes it better.

I'm definitely excited about this game, but the really short game lengths will mean you can't have those really fun grindy games like Hearthstone can provide. Still think this will be a great game for mobile

There was a guy streaming who cut up parts of the game with some overlay thing and made it so it covered the whole screen and was zoomed in. made it great for the viewers to see. possibly something to look into for this game

I know it would take a while during editing, but if you upload more content of this game, could you have a tooltip explaining the effects of each card? I enjoy watching but find it hard to enjoy when I don't understand what most of the cards do! Thanks so much in advance.

Hey Regis, some feedback on the content here: 1. Hyped for more Snap. I hope you keep playing more and showing it on RU-vid. It's a really good break in the Hearthstone content. I don't see why you can't keep them both in a rotation, or have dedicated channels to each. 2. While there is only a mobile client, I think editing will need to be your friend here. You may need to put zoomed in images of the locations in the negative space on the side they appear. That will make it much easier to watch. 3. Your inner dialogue about your plays and the opponents' plays are what sell this. Seeing your thought process. You could even spice up your content by occasionally pausing the match, and then, after the fact, speaking about your thought process before the next event happens. Maybe a couple of those interludes per video. 4. As for future content, you can possibly look to showcase single cards or certain interactions between a couple cards. Sorta like "decks" in Hearthstone, but singling out certain cards would fit this theme better. You could even splice together multiple gameplay videos from different days to make that work. And then you could do an intro sequence to say what works about that card or combo, and how to build a deck around it. You've already mentioned doing so with Onslaught and Iron Man in this video, and in your latest Streambin video, you did so with Onslaught and White Tiger.

2048 is 2 to the eleventh power or 2^11. Since you're working with 8 to start that's 8 x 2^8 meaning Iron Man applied eight times over due to Onslaught + Onslaught doubling each other.

Game looks intresting. The problem i see from a youtube perspective is u can't pause the video to look at a cards effect.

Love the gameplay. Can barely read the text on the cards watching on iPad unless I move my head within a foot of the screen, might want to fix this long twrm

What tips and tricks to playing the game for a beginner when the game comes out on October 18

You asked on twitch, what kind of videos people wanted on snap. I know the time gating makes getting cards hard, but decks focused on some of the big build around cards would be cool. As an example, Death is the one I personally want to try the most

Watching on mobile (iPhone 11), the location text is too small to consistently read (at least on some location backgrounds), so might be worth narrating that bit until there’s a PC client.

Quicksilver (2) + Onslaught (6) is 8 base power doubled by Ironman 16 Ironman doubled by Citadel 32 Ironman doubled again by Onslaught 64 Onslaught is doubled by Citadel doubling Ironman again for 128 another double from ? for 256 another double from ? for 512 another double from ? for 1024 another double from ? for 2048 I see 7 x2 from ironman and there was one more > on the right that you didn't scroll to see what it was when you brought up the Citadel it was probably an 8th can't think what else it would be. I don't know why there would be 8 doubles, I would expect either 4 doubles in the way I outlined above, or an infinite loop of doubling, as Onslaught doubles the Citadel that doubles him while he doubles it etc. Or they each double Ironman then they double the other's doubles of Ironman, they then double the doubles of the doubles, and then etc. Best guess it is an infinite loop but they added a cap to the power values and/or the number of effects affecting one target. So you don't get overflow issues

It looks cool but it's hard to enjoy watching when you don't know what the opponent cards do.

Game looks fun but there are some effects that shouldn’t exist like Agatha, is she gonna win the game or lose it for you consistently by her playing the cards for you. Any effect that doesn’t allow you to play should not exist.

I really just can't watch vertical gameplay, everything feels so small, so I think I'm not going to be able to get into Snap at all.

Finally, MY TIME HAS COME!

While i think this game looks really fun, the mobile focused layout combined with having to read text make these videos frustrating to watch. It's hard to read the locations because of the small size and there's a lot of unused space on the screen.

I was hyped for this game then they released in Asia first. Guess i'm not the intended customer. Their loss. Ben Brode has fallen on hard times after leaving Activision. To be working on a Chinese scam game is about as low as your career can get.
