Very nice job, those Dr Sole are very nice. I personnally prefer the contrast black/tan, than plain black.

Both look great, but Black Outs look amazing

When I was in the market for a pair of black boots last year the blackouts was exactly what I had in mind. A boot with the iron ranger profile with all black stitching but with a shiny leather like a chrome excel black. Revive you nailed. I ended up buying a pair of black harness iron rangers and I love the way they look with the mat black and white stitching but perhaps in the future after a few years I might turn them into blackouts

The shiny pair are almost like the US Army black Corcoran 1500 Jump Boot, only shorter.

I prefer the half soles, but I certainly wouldn't kick the blackouts out of my closet.
