I owned the first Iron Sky before it was finished. I paid in to help finish the production, and help distribution. And I love it. If this follows in the vein, as it appears to, it will be well worth investing in again. Great SciFi movie? Great fun is what it is. Absolutely BRILLIANT spoof of Great SciFi though. Worth the investment.

They could have landed a little closer to the base for her :D

LOL... The most ironic thing about this movie - Is that there WAS an operation after WW2 called Operation High Jump... which incidentally was exactly THIS! REALLY - over 70 U-boats disappeared after WW2.... The Allies had NO idea where they went. It is actually REALLY recorded! The funniest thing about Holly Wood - Is that they often tell the truth in many movies.. it is very subtle and they hit at ideas... But SERIOUSLY - Look up Operation High Jump... it is exactly this.. that many Germans, escaped capture, by getting into U-Boats and going to Antarctic!!

I saw the 1st movie (iron sky) .... over the top for pure movie fun. Much like "Big Trouble in Little China" type of campy action, but with Nazis on the moon! Loved it...can't wait for this one!

im ticked off by the beginning of this trailer. The nuke would have EMPed the whole city. That includes the helicopter. The shockwave from the bomb itself would have wrecked have of D.C as well.

This movie series uses some of the best conspiracy theory material out there. I think I'm going to enjoy this sequel more than the first. I hope that dinosaur has a decent role in the movie, I could see him being the heart of the film.

Wasn't a fan of the first one but I'm still interested to see what they do with this. Gotta give credit to a series in which the world is destroyed by Nuclear War before the sequel even starts. I'm a sucker for movies that are this crazy so I'll have to see it eventually. Also no matter how dumb it gets, like the first one, the effects look great.

After reading through most of the comments, it is painfully obvious that ALMOST NONE of the people commenting here have actually seen the first IRON SKY film. This sequel looks like it might be even better than the first film.

I'm really looking forward to this. The first one wasn't completely successful, but it was a lot of fun, and cleverly thought out. And it was amazingly well done, for a crowdfunded mob without an actual studio.

Looks eerily inspired by Edward Bulwer Lytton's book Vril: The Power of the Coming Race. Great concept aside from the Nazi's but hey, they were very scientifically motivated and in search for hallow earth, forgotten ancient technologies and reptilian existence. That Sarah Palin look alike definitely had the reptilian side to her with being able to alter her frequencies in regards to her hand. The symbolism also was prevalent with the reptile eyes being formed in her glasses at the beginning from the Washington Monument in the foreground center of that mushroom cloud. Could be an awesome movie, but could also take the route of overly cheap gimmicks to grab the mindless. I hope they go detail oriented and historically accurate to the findings and purported ideas of hollow earth, lost world genre, ancient tech and reptoid divergent species and just use the Nazi's and the IDEA of dinosaur's as their odd gimmick.

Wow I'm amazed there is a sequel Despite the nonsense of the previous one flaws [turning the black guy white an the Nazi's old tech] I still enjoyed it a lot. Ending the world in the first one now makes sense of the crazy Presidential lady being completely nuts an war happy. I hope we don't have to wait for this one to come to theaters an DVD as we did the first Iron Sky movie never knowing if it come to the states.
