On August 6th, 2012, I released my first Lee Sin montage. I made it for fun and never expected to get any views out of it. A year later now and I've gotten over 5 million views and (almost) 30k subscribers. I made this compilation as a celebration of the amazing last year and as a thank you to all my viewers. It has all of my best plays from all of my past Lee Sin montages. If you want to go back and watch those montages and see the plays in their proper editing click on my playlist link under this.

A lot of the editing in this video may come off as strange, to the say the least. This is because I was using already edited footage and editing it. This means that there are a lot of weird zooms and cuts which I would have not included today. But since I started my montage editing a year ago with absolutely no experience, there are a lot of questionable things that might be an eye sore :P I tried my best to edit it as best as I can though and overall I'm really happy with the video.

ShakeDrizzle Oh well times change I suppose, I had a good time with the game and thats what counts I suppose ^^ On a sidenote you inspired me to play Lee sin back in season 3 ^^ Got me to gold V with him aswell. Watched this video a lot aswell.

***** I dont know, I suppose it is that the game was a lot more '' basic '' back then. Jungle creeps without buffs, red buff and blue buff and you just went from red to blue or blue to red depending on your jungle. Now you have a specific pattern that you follow. You smite golems or the frog thing and you must smite specific jungle creeps etc. The champions are also a lot more complicated compared to the first ones. complicated doesn't exactly always mean fun. The buffs are usually done towards pro players so the buffs are sometimes way to insane to deal with. or maybe its just nostalgia towards the seasons you first started playing.

***** Well I was gold 2 at 1 point and I stopped playing for a while after that. IN those couple months they changed the entire game up and my beloved assassins weren't as strong as they were before. My jungles weren't as good with the new jungle and suddenly I lost everything in gold untill I got back in Silver level. I felt like that was a lot of bullshit. I started playing end season 2 btw :P

+Duane Blommaert (LilSniff) I supose they did it because the game had to be changed, for it to be taken as a "e-sport that'll last for a long time". If it's too basic, it will just be the same all the time without mamy new things coming. with the release of buffs to monsters and new mechanical champions, the game will be more around teamplay and tactics, which will be key in sport, and therefor seeing pros executing the game well being enjoyable to watch. I too, miss season 3.

7 years have passed. The one video that made me main Lee Sin for 2 years straight before passing up jungle back in 2013. Jungle was a good time back in 2013-2015. The one video that inspired me to take matters into my own hands instead of relying on the jungle. Newer players may consider these moves nowadays common or basic buut I will never forget these montage gems. They were top-tier stuff not your average player could do compared to how far we've come now with League of Legends. Thanks for this gem brother. I will always remember this gem when people talk about montages. o/

maybe in the lower elo but in gold or above ppl dont ban or play him dat much is cuss he falls of late game so u have to be snowballing rly hard to make him effective... there will be tf's where he will be useles if u dont play him correctly... this guy demonstrates how to play him properly

thepocketfruit It took me like 20+ games to get to know lee sin, more games to do an insec kick. His fun, just takes little patience and knowing your enemy. Like Sun Tzu said " Know your enemy and know yourself and you can fight a hundred battles without disaster."

thepocketfruit The thing is with insec lee, you can easily mess up the ward and you might knock back the person straight into there own team, it's all up to the ward placing and where the enemy is, for example when your buy mid lane by the tower spot where you can go left and right ( In the example in the left near the blue buff ) you can easily safeguard ward to the other side but then you have to ult the adc / fed player to the otherside but you might knock him the wrong way, to learn insec you must learn the ways of flashing safeguarding escaping and not wasting anything.

This video is a flashback and a half haha :) i watched this all the time. i remember watching it for the first time and thinking wow, This is gonna be my main forever haha , they should defo bring back old skool league, like they did with old skool runescape set in like s3 or 4. Funny reminiscing on this. League was growing and Lee players like ShakeDrizzle were so ahead of their time. Insec showing the wardhop+kick combo at Worlds was a monumental moment in league and now it's a simple combo for most Lee players. The way Shake moves and played Lee is how most decent Lee players play today. So crazy.
