The Ironman Challenge is a fun playthrough yet is hardly elaborated upon for a real ruleset from all the videos I have seen. My intros have been an (kinda poor) attempt at highlighting how to traverse the challenge. So, I'd like to give a proper ruleset for the future if anyone else would like to play.
The rules for this challenge are as follows:
-You cannot have every player die on a moon (So that means, no wipes. You can have one player die, or multiple die, but if a run wipes and everyone dies. It’s over.
-Each moon must be played in the list on the terminal from top to bottom, regardless of weather.
-If you cannot afford the next moon the run is over.
-After Titan, Embion is played with Artifice being the very last moon of the challenge
-If you don’t meet quota after Artifice, you fail.
-You are allowed to go to the company building at any point in the run (This does not include before Experimentation though)
-After Artifice, you can either choose to sell immediately or land on a planet and immediately
ascend back to orbit in order to claim the 100% bonus from Company Building.
