Ironman race didn't go to plan - but its OK, just make a new plan!! :) 

My Ironman 70.3 Bahrain 2019 race really didn't go to plan. I lost my freestyle Libre in Transition 1 and had to do the entire ride and the run "blind" to my blood sugars...
