Ah yes! That was an excellent Christmas. No matter how busy I get in life, I always tune in to Mousey on Christmas. I came to know her streams in early 2020, and though I don't watch as much as I used to, Christmas with Mousey is a yearly tradition.

The “What’s in this drink” line really eats away their braincells. She’s saying that _in her head_ because while she’s sipping, she’s becoming more bold and considering sleeping with the man. The man didn’t drug her despite modern outrage wishing that were so. The man is second guessing himself and thinks he’s gonna get rejected but is playing up being confident to the woman. And it’s working. I’ve heard this song plenty since working at a casino, they played every Christmas song daily weeks before Thanksgiving.

The "Baby It's Cold Outside" song isn't about assault (apparently); it's mostly cultural drift that makes it sound like that. Back when the song was written, women were supposed to be "proper", so staying over the night at their paramour's place was socially frowned upon. But if it's really cold outside and she's kind of drunk, well, then she just has an excuse. The lyrics are supposed to be about how she should go, but doesn't want to, and the guy is giving her the excuses why she could spend the night. (Also, the "hey, what's in this drink" isn't about being roofied. It's a joke from the era about how you can blame your behavior on drinking alcohol, even though your glass is clearly nonalcoholic).

Women who got pregnant could be kicked out of their homes and out of college; pregnant high-schoolers could be sent to homes for unwed mothers, forced to give their babies up for adoption, and to undergo a rehabilitation program before they could go back to school.
