Installed mine today. Well built and looks like it will work well. But now I know why they installed on a new grill. The screws are a pain in the butt to remove. One screw stripped and two tore the welded nut apart.
Well there is definitely room behind them to put something, though I would be very careful to ensure whatever you do is food/heat safe. Our upgraded baffles are so much thicker than stock, I doubt you will need anything additional.
@@pimpmygrill9915 Awesome! I just ordered the three-rack system for my Ironwood 885, and have an Ironwood XL on the way, but it won’t arrive for a couple months at least. Any plans to offer us a preview as the Ironwood XL has kind of a unique open-air layout?
