This is totally subjective. When I was 45 and didn’t have to work or stress about money and I got to exercise every single day and be happy and not have a lot of stress. I felt like I was in my 20s but now I don’t have time to work out and every day is a grind, I don’t want to get up to go to work, I have to take my laundry to a laundromat, I have to hand wash dishes, I don’t have time to work out, I don’t get enough sleep. I spend hours sitting in traffic in my car I feel 10 years older than I am. At the very least . So when you have the luxury of living a stress-free life and the ability and time to exercise and breathe and not stress about money or groceries or rent or roommates or any of that bullshit then yes you can feel young.

Totally agree. I’m 45 and even though I workout and eat pretty healthfully, there’s days when I feel like I’m much older.

Not true at all. I am in my 50's and look better now then I did in my 20's
