If you look at all the stats except scoreline from the Fremantle vs Swans game you’d say the teams were evenly matched, but it was Freo’s accuracy in front of goal that was missing on the day. That accuracy appears to have returned, so maybe Freo are now the closest matchup for the Swans? Consistency is their main concern.

As a Freo member for 24 years, I can say with confidence that the current list, is the Best List the Club has ever had. If they can't win a Flag in the next 6 years, would be a massive failure.

A lot of people would have to say Fremantle are hitting their straps right now, they are looking very good thus far. You would have to consider them to be the dark horse in this premiership race.

If we want to talk about clearance work, why isn't libba in the discussion. On average clearances per game its Libba, daylight, Daicos then Yeo.

Swans are looking pretty good... but injuries late in the year can really kill of your chances. Eagles in 1991 went off the boil after the bye... Crows in 2006 and 2017 late.. the Cats in 2008 .... Power were minor premiership a few times during Brisbane's three peat.. The biggest upset was probably 1998 when an unbackable North went down to the unfancied Crows, North were riding a 13 game winning streak (?) but poor kicking in the first half cost them when they ran out of legs in the last quarter.
