Comparing what Lee went through and what Abel went through in 5:00, plus getting bite by Walkers and got his arm chopped off. Pretty sure Abel is tougher... Plus, Lee died from the first walker bite; and I don’t remember him being bitten the other three times

Kenny is way stronger than carver and the only reason Kenny’s eye got beaten was because the guards would shoot himif he fought back, if it was a legit fair fight Kenny would whoop carvers ass for sure with just fists as well

But yh carver beat up Alvin really bad and plus I think that fight was fair since there was no one there to protect carver like the guards did

The Governor in the comics was pretty badly hurt. Also in the series he is shot in the arm with a .44 Magnum by Rick and then instantly proceeds by beating and chocking him with that same arm for minutes no problem. Merle also cut of his own hand in insanitary conditions and somehow managed to stay alive with nothing to patch up or cauterise his hand with until he met the governor's people. He then has his nose broken, his ribs kicked in, kicked and punched in the face a few times, his amputated arm broken, his left fingers bitten off and choked, all while drunk on whiskey. But Abel still beats them all. Poor guy - survive in a starving apocalypse for 8 years, only to get brutalised by a bunch of kids.

Tbh, I'd have to agree with you that Abel surviving this long into the apocalypse was all based on luck, not hardening throughout the apocalypse, since he doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who would be that driven to survive from loss like Clementine is, and in a way, Lee did beat Abel, because Lee taught Clementine the majority of what she knows about survival, sure, there was Jane, but Jane honestly didn't teach Clem anything overly important besides the knee technique, I believe that Clem is the strongest because she was one of the youngest characters to have survived when the apocalypse started, and she's lost pretty much everything, and loss makes us stronger, however, Abel most likely isn't driven by loss like Clementine is, sure, Clem has AJ, but Clem has lost a lot before, and even after AJ was born, and even before he was, Clem was driven from the loss of Lee, Duck, Ben, Omid, Christa, and every other character we've lost in the past seasons, in my personal opinion Clem is the toughest here because in a sense, she lost the most, and at a very young age, but it made her stronger, and tougher, now, I know it's going to be weird bringing up Season 2's main villain Carver, but he was right about Clem, she is strong, and even if you choose to not watch Kenny kill Carver, she still becomes harden by everything that's happened to her, Clem is a character who's faced a lot, if not the majority of challenges every other character has been through, now, I know because this is an opinion people are going to disagree, so I'm going to let people know that I'm not going to change my opinion bc you think you have a tougher character in mind, my opinion will always be that Clem is the strongest and toughest character in The Walking Dead video games
