I'm a non practicing believer and I married someone who's agnostic. We love each other and respect beliefs of the other. I have had bad experiences in the past with religious men, so I prefer my non religious partner. It's great when you are with someone who doesn't pressure you to be a certain way especially if you have a history of pressuring yourself to be perfect.

I think what you said about either nothing happens when you die or a lot of things happen when you die sums it up perfectly. I kinda believe in God but I kinda don’t. When I hear about unexplainable things it kinda makes me wander, but nothing solid. I sort’ve wish I could have my faith back because it was comforting to believe something much bigger than me actually cared about me and if I honored it I would have a good afterlife, I just wish there was some kind of real proof of any of it.
I believe in God and the afterlife. Sometimes life gets scary so its comforting. I also believe that theres more to a person than what they identify as or what their belief/nonbelifs are. It just doesn't make sense to me why would it be a turn off not having the same beliefs. I wouldn't have a problem dating a atheist. Hell I'm not even that religious except I believe in an Afterlife other than I'm just a regular average criminally autistic joe❤
