1 yr on a decent salary… I’d be game. Low risk and we have injuries at Arsenal in MF & can’t trust Partey to stay fit either. Like you said, has to be short-term for either club as you don’t want to block moves in the summer.

Do not sign Rabiot. Will want big wages & large signing on fee. Lets not waste our money on player who is not guaranteed starter. Ugarte, Mainoo, Fernandes to start with Casemiro, Mount, Eriksen as back up. Collyer & Kone to develop this season.

As an Arsenal fan I think why not, especially if Odegaard and Merino are out for a while we’re really short in midfield. Transfer window is closed we’re in trouble he’s free if the deal can be made for the short term gap filler there’s no one else at that level available especially when the window is closed. As you say world class midfielder and under the right manager he could thrive. The only concern is the attitude. We’ve got a great thing going on at Arsenal and I wouldn’t want one rotten egg to spoil that but Arteta backs it then I back it.

I find it silly that Arsenal hasn't already signed him... come Sunday will see the plan. But Partey should be managed, and Rice can't play every game. Harvetz and Jesus should only play striker. Need more depth
