He honestly just needs more ammo and some sort of CC resistance. Or maybe like one more damage per pellet if they’re felling extra generous. That’s all.
@@LFanimes333yeah it’s so stupid that a shirtless man can run and be immune to CC but a ball of armor isn’t. Sigma, Orisa, Mauga, Zarya, Winston, Rein, Ram (kinda) and dva all have some way to block CC. But ball who already has some of the weakest guns, longest reload time, worst ult and most counters can’t get any form of CC whatsoever. A hero named literally “Wrecking ball” can get body blocked by a baby DVA. I don’t complain TOO much because I know it wouldn’t take much to make him super OP. I’m even ok with only giving him CC immunity while in fireball. Or during his adaptive shields since it’s literally a shield around your body (but that makes too much sense)
My problem with ball is every other tank has some way of blocking CC except doom and JQ. But they have high damage and health regen abilities. Ball has some of the weakest guns in the game (mostly because of very high falloff and weapon spread), the longest reload time, worst ult and most counters in the game. Most of the time you can still play around counters for other hero’s but for ball it literally makes him so useless. Hell even just a sombra alone is enough to make a lot of ball players swap. Point is all that and he gets zero form of CC immunity. Mauga can charge in with CC immunity but a ball of armor can’t? Orisa can fortify and can’t be slept but ball puts literal shields around his body and can still be slept, booped, smacked, punched, speared, charged, etc. What I also really don’t like is it feels like he has zero knockback reduction. I’ve seen doom punch me into oblivion, or even Brig smack me into the next map. Granted I get he’s a ball, but he’s an actual wrecking ball, I shouldn’t be able to booped farther than any other hero in the game. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
obviously the buffs arent giving u wins since you're barely using anything Ball got to win in your gameplay. even this talk about how u roll faster or harder with the new grapple is barely even noticeable, if at all. and it's not like we couldn't do 95% of that before. i seriously don't see anything different balls are doing in their gameplay while all of these balls are talking about how amazing the changes are now and how strong ball is. like it's some placebo effect on y'all.
It's not really about how strong he is. It's about how much better it feels to play. Changes pretty much fix all the things that made ball players want to unalive themselves before. For example, accidentally grappling then having to wait for cooldown, or randomly getting body blocked in a door.
I was skeptical until I played it. Omg, first point Dorado first point was straight AoT simulator grappling to the roof tops to drop on anybody foolish enough to play the game. Funny AF.
@@rockyroadmagic4152what makes ball players wanna unalive is CC. and toxic teammates because ball is still bad. even chazm gets toxic teammates still so its not skill, its just a bad design for 5v5 #6v6 or make him cc immune for 2-3 sec with AS or in ramming speed.
I think a good idea for a boop buff is simply lighting your enemies on fire seeing ball himself is also on fire a, for a shield buff I think however many enemies you get a shield off of (let’s say 3), you then will give 3 of your teammates the 75 over health without taking the shield away from ball. That way if your shield gets eaten up before you get back to the team you still have the 3 shield ready for the team to re-engage if that makes sense

@@skindred1888 which is the same exact situation as before the so called 'rework'. on the bright side ball not being meta means most of us who like to play ball don't have to fight over being able to pick him. thats a big reason i dont want ball to ever become meta.
