A widely contested argument is that the current day ban interest is not the riba of Quran. In this video we analyse as to why and how the riba as prohibited in Quran is no different than the modern day bank interest.

Sovereign gold bonds have inbuilt fixed interest component due to which they cannot not be considered compliant.

In which context Riba was discussed at first? I believe it was when people started demanding riba from the money they lent to other person. That was causing problems to the person who took money. In the case of today's banking process there is no forceful Riba collection. So basically we need to know if there was a context and what was it.

Riba al jahlaya at the time of the prophet was imposed on poor debtors by redoubling their debt when they could not pay. Sometimes they and their family were sold into slavery. This is not the same as interest in modern financial markets.

Itna na ummed na hoiye. Sabsay pahlay tu kisi burai ko bura samajhna zarori hai aur uskay baray main Ilm haasil. Allah talah nay jab sood haram Kiya tu usay yeh bhi maloom tha ki humein kya mushkil aayegi. Hamari koshish yehi hai hum iska ilm hasil karein aur alternates ki talash aur koshish karein.(Joki video ko aakhir main discuss bhi kiya hai) Bheek mangay aur haath pay haath rakhnay say kuch nhn badlayga. Allah hum sabko Amal ki taufeeq day.

@@HalalInvestmentor so you have a fundamental error in your understanding cz no business is free from speculation. For example i buy a property for 1 million thinking that in a few yrs the price will increase and then when it does i sell it at 2 million will you say it's haram? But it definately is speculation.

Walykum salam.Scholars are divided on the same with fatwa on either side. Personally I would not invest into something that I don't fully understand which makes it very risky.Remember high returns means high risk as well.

Yes I'm aware . Shaikh Yasir Qadhi supports it.But there are others prominent scholars like Mufti Taqi Usmani and others who either don't support it or have not issued fatwa in favour of it.

First understand and recognize the severity of this vice. Second give it up in whichever way you can, may be use current accounts, give away the interest earned on allowed charities. Thirdly as individuals and as a community raise it with our representative to take it up with govt for providing alternates.

"Agar maine bank me (current account) me apna 15 lakh rupai rakhe let say for 10 years aur us paise pe bank se mujhe kuch nhi mila yani meri us paise se koi earning nhi hui for 10 years lekin market to 10 saal me pura badal jaiga , inflation hogi mahangai badh chuki hogi aur mere paise ki value ho sakta hai 1 lakh tak kam ho jai to isse to mera nuksan hua ? To isse kaise deal krenge aur agar bank uspe interest deta hai to 10 saal me inflation ka kam effect padega mere money par ? Iska kya solution hai ?

@@azharind8670 Janab akhirat ke bare me socho inflation ke bare me nahi, aap apne paise ko account me na rakhar dusri kisi jagah laga ho jaise property, halal stock and mutual fund etc. Allah par bharosha rakho nukshan nahi hoga
