Brother....the minimum biotin intake required by our body is 300mcg......and thats just minimum.....but 300 is not enough for a strong and thick hair.....1000 mcg of biotin can promote hair growth and thickness.....just research on it...and you will get to know

I am on multivitamins since 6 months, my doctor has prescribed me D3, Folvite and other multivitamin tablets which contains Vit-c, Zinc, folic acid, omega 3, biotin 30mg and many others...I don't know but my hair is becoming thick day by day.
