A small homemade offset smoker, I like using local Applewood or sometimes pear tree wood

@@tylervincent6769 that’s the stuff. I use apple and cherry a fair bit, but I don’t think I have tried pear

@@aussieqbbq Pear is a pretty hard wood with a tough bark, it burns nice. Give it a try if you can get your hands on some
