John, let Ranjan speak. You always interrupt him.

John, stop interrupting! You've come across poorly. If you do this again then take the criticism and learn from it. You obviously have knowledge and experience.

The government makes it difficult for mom and pop landlords to make profit through legislation. This legislation was at the behest of large financial institutions. The goal?. To drive smaller landlords out of the buy 2 let market so they themselves can snap up those properties for their own portfolios driving up rents.

Thanks 4 listening to ur audience and removing your tie John it's a better look. Also, starting to prefer your more considered approach. Ranjan won't budge, he is harping on abt when he started out but states investors require 50% deposits nw. I think he needs to accept the good old days of quick & easy BTLs are firmly gone.

ZIRP created BTL. Capital values have not completely corrected yet. That’s the issue. Falling knife.

I want to know if what they are saying about the buy to let for the average joe being dead in the water is true........also how about if you want to do buy to let and also do the refurbs yourself..... is that dead also..........? Also there is alot of talk at the momebt about angel investors, obviously you lose profit but then you can scale, is this still worth it????
