Of course “eat in moderation”. But people are out there really think cereal is good for people. It must be treated as a junk food. I like certain cereals but it’s a snack never a health food
@@brum4692 How can you deal with the sugar? Milk is already so sweet, why not jist have shreddies? Its so unnecessary. But we are all products of our upbringing
Well to be fair all carbs will spike insulin to a degree. If you go on any diabetic forum talking about breakfast, most skip any carbs at all, as almost everything creates some kind of spike An insulin spike isnt a bad thing. It kickstarts our metabolism for the day
Exactly, people fail to realize that most foods/meals high in carbs, regardless of sugar, will spike insulin. What matters is the presence of fiber, protein, and healthy fats to slow the absorption of the carbs
I was craving fruit loops...I know it's not healthy, but I got some. I started alternate day fasting and I didn't have shakes for my down day. I do shakes on my down day. So, I ate 2 large bowls of fruit loops with unsweetened almond milk that day and I was down 3lbs the next morning! I will choose a healthier cereal for my down days and save my money on those expensive shakes!!
latest science says high fructose corn syrup is not worse than regular glucose, but it's easy to go overboard with calories if you eat cereal and other fast foods
It depends what cereal you get though. Of course if you choose a chocolate cereal it will have a high sugar content. However, there are plenty of options for healthy cereal.
Good day, we do not know each other but I would like to tell u that despite all the bad that you have done in your life, GOD still loves you and wants you to be with him (GOD), all yoi must do is to trust in Jesus like how he would trust in parachute when jumping out of a plane and you must be willing to turn from your wrong doings and do what is right.😊😊
who eats that cereal i eat oats all the time. Peoples diets are weird. Bread with yeast, unnatural sugar, not eating banana peels, not eating oats, EAT IT IT IS TASTY IT IS CEREAL AND IT IS HEALTHY.
Everyone's different. You might be able to have cereal in the morning and burn the glucose off without it barely affecting you, though for many it causes cravings and tiredness. I'd rather opt for something with protein.
i gagged before sleeping bc my stomach was full but i barely ate all day and i ate cereal at 1:49 and my stomach feels full like i drank so much water im getting a “water intoxication warning” (made the water intoxication warning up i think)
Let me just tell you I eat cereal almost every morning it gives me a lot of energy but it never makes me fat I'm always so skinny so there's an example that too maybe isn't so bad don't don't take hate on cereal show me cereals don't even have that much sugar
The first cereal in his video is Cheerios. Plain Cheerios (which is delicious btw). It has 2 grams of sugar per serving - and only 1 is added. Otherwise, it's basically ground up oats and a little corn starch. It's literally cold oatmeal. Go away.
@@Black-Circle Definition of "food" according to Merriam-Webster Dictionary: "Material consisting essentially of protein, carbohydrate, and fat used in the body of an organism to sustain growth, repair, and vital processes and to furnish energy." Last time I checked, sugar and grains are both carbohydrates
