But in that case buy copilot plus instead? Lol. Way better and finetuned for research and you can do creative stuff better in precise mode than chatgpt plus integration with word/etc for freelance writing stuff. Also no message limit, can use full power gpt-4 turbo all day every day
@@xbon1lmao we have copilot for free with our microsoft ecosystem from our university. But i still pay for chatgpt +. Way better for more advanced stuff like advanced mathematics and physics. Knowledge is power and is some of the best you can invest time and money in.
This was really helpful! I plan on getting Plus based on the info in this video. At first it was just because I wanted to use someone else’s custom GPT, but now I see many other useful features I could use.
Thank you for the thoughtful video; it's concise yet thorough, with no fillers. As a chemical engineer, not a programmer, I'm considering the paid version to swiftly enhance my high-level knowledge, assist with research, and serve as a collaborative tool to help me appear more smarter in meetings 🤣, among other benefits for a chemical engineer. While this perspective hasn't been discussed yet, your detailed breakdown in the video has enabled me to envision its potential and understand that it's all about utilizing it effectively. Gave u a thumbs up.
Wait I get less messages and a slower model by paying $20 per month. Give me a break. Better context doesn't mean anything since in 3.5 you just tell it more to refine the response. Seems like they want your money for R&D. I'm not seeing much of a use case for 4.0. Dall-E is cool but again unless you need this feature it's not worth $20 per month. The web browser is cool but that's why we use search engines for the same news. Plus I can see how this could be used to control what content you read if the government gets their hands in it. Not seeing the value. 3.5 is better for what it does. I might switch to 4.0 if there are real use cases that's worth paying $20 per month.
Speaking of DALL-E, instead of copying the prompt and then modifying it, you can "Edit" the image by selecting part of the image and prompt that part directly.
I am trying to write code in free version but always give me wrong code and always incorrect. I am working on MQL5 coding and PINE SCRIPT . But its always incorrect.
Can you upload a PDF file (e.g a book) to Chatgpt and ask it to analyse it and answer questions using it? Or can you train a custom GPT on specific books (e.g medical books) and then use it? Will there be any copyright problem or not?
8:15 - So their tokenizer calculator just gives the max tokens calculations which would be expected for each response given by ChatGPT API? Is there a way to known the entire and complete token calculation? I write a lot of code and every time I need to keep clicking the continue button, wonder if I can use the API without this issue or maybe automate it without having me to manually click continue. Seems like the API is much better deal. Great explanation.
If I had to guess it’s going to be a while still. Probably 6ish months. And wouldn’t be surprised if they offered it as an enterprise level subscription. Takes an enormous amount of computing power
It depends on how you use the chatgpt, mine, I always use this along with my essays and to avoid AI detectors, I simply humanized them to Undetectable AI to make it undetected.
Hello! I watched your video and was hoping to find information about uploading PDF documents using the new version of ChatGPT-4 and its plugins. I also wanted to know what the maximum file size limit is for uploading PDFs, and whether it's possible to access a file via a weblink if it exceeds 512MB. Thank you!
How does the Secret API key work? Are they unlimited when you are a Plus user? Or when an application uses your API key, it counts towards your 40 requests/3-hours (previously 30 request/hour)? And there is no distinction on the type of request, correct? A prompt that requires analyzing an image is the same as asking it a yes/no question? I have some pdf scans, that I'd like to try Chat-GPT4 Vision on to see if it can OCR the tables and export to a csv. Seems I should go with the Assistant API pricing ( "Code interpreter $0.03 / session Retrieval $0.20 / GB / assistant / day (free until 03/01/2024) ) Any thoughts on Perplexity Pro (Also $20/mo)? PDFChat? Or perhaps free AIs tools that might work with API and image analysis? For example, Google's CopyFish or Gemini Pro Vision? Also doesn't Bing's CoPilot use ChatGPT4?
I want to design complicated GUI using Python & PyQt5. If I provide my .png GUI design, can gpt+ provide exact GUI design code? Y Bcz, the free version is not able to designing as it is.
I'm still working on my data sets to feed into ChatGPT 4 before I pay for a trial subscription. I need ChatGPT 4 to be able to "read" an uploaded 200-page PDF to identify and answer over 100 questions in another uploaded PDF. Currently, ChatPDF does the best at this task, even its free version. However, it requires me to feed it the questions manually in limited increments, which I need to avoid. Can ChatGPT 4 do what I need?
My friend has cra*ked version of it anyway but i asked him why you didnt use pro version....he said " Our Thinking ability will reduce if we too much depend on it " So i also thought about it....i mean for research purpose it will be good....
Yeah that sucks ! You barely use the shit and it already says out of limit !! try again aa few hours later. A COMPLETE RIP-OFF ! My time is sovaluable gpt4 steals it instead of saving it. What a NOn Sense scam !
@@SavvyNik I bought the AI App. It has chatgpt4, Google PaLM2, google gemini etc. It has voice input. It has some locked advanced tools that i dont know why they are locked, like image generation, upload and ask pdf etc. The problem is that if i go chatgpt4 for example, i can only see the voice input but not the image upload. One more question for you, lets say i try to use AI App to solve math problems etc, should i use gpt-4 or palm2 or gemini?
photomath is better for helping with the assignments, gpt4 is likely best for explaining process by process. I haven't used gpt4 yet but 3.5 makes too many mistakes with numbers that it isn't worth using.
🤮🤮🤮Sorry it sucks, I'm disappointed especially with the limits, and the gpts generate errors connecting, authentifying etc... I lose more time fighting to make tge hwole tech work instead of getting my work done. It sucks ! Dalle is SLOW ! Just thrown $20 away for this non sense, and everybody everywhere raving about chatgpt plus dumb thing... Anyway, I'll cancel my sub and won't pay $20 next month. What a pity !🤮🤮🤮
