Is COTTAGE CHEESE Ice Cream Any Good? Easy 3 INGREDIENT HEALTHY ICE CREAM in Ninja CREAMi!!! GROSS?? - Biscoff and Raspberry Cheesecake
This week I’ve been seeing people making cottage cheese ice cream all over Instagram and TikTok, and to be honest, I think it does SOUND a bit gross, but I can definitely see the vision, so I really wanted to try making it myself!
I headed down to Asda, but they had run out :( It must’ve been because it’s been trending at the moment, so I went to Lidl instead and managed to grab the last two tubs!!
To spice it up a bit, I thought it would be fun to experiment with two different flavours, so I decided to try and make a tub of biscoff ice cream, and one of strawberry cheesecake with digestives - but then there weren’t any strawberries so I had to do raspberry cheesecake instead lol
I was so surprised with how quick and easy the recipes were - they genuinely took seconds to make, and only needed two to three ingredients, so would be perfect for a lazy, but healthy ice cream!
It tasted weirdly just like cheesecake mix, and was way more delicious than I thought it would be!
