Our Welsh friend Dan shows off his skills making Welsh Lamb Rack!
RECIPE
For the lamb:
Full Lamb Rack(1kg)
2 cloves of garlic
Thyme
1 Tbsp of nice butter
Olive oil , salt pepper to taste
For the Zucchini(Courgette):
1 big Zucchini
1 thai chilli
1 clove of garlic
olive oil, salt, pepper to taste
Tomato Panzanella:
4 ripe tomotoes
1/2 lemon (juice)
The inside of a gorgeous British sourdough bread
Mince cooked garlic that's been cooking with the lamb
Lamb jus
5-7Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Salt, pepper to taste
British Mint Pesto:(thumbs up!)
A handful of fresh mint
Two handfuls of baby spinach
One handful of almonds
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 Lemon(juice)
10Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Salt pepper to taste
