"Without some sugar, people don't even like you." No. There are people like me who eat 100% cacao, and we like it with NO sugar added to it. There are so many of us that some brands make 100% cacao bars that are labeled as candy bars so we don't have to go to the baking aisle and eat from a baking bar. It's the same product, just a different wrapper to acknowledge that many customers like to eat it straight like that instead of baking with it.

I always have dark chocolate in my fridge, but twice a month I treat myself for Cadbury milk chocolate. I live on Keto-low carb + IF lifestyle. That's after gaining 40kgs and learned that moderation is the key to enjoy different foods and snacks without developing diseases.
