*I love how this animation has been depicted with 100% accuracy as the other organs of body kept referring to brain as their "boss" as our brains are literally what make the ultimate decision regardless of good or bad*
"Most obesity in the USA is because people have forgotten the victims of nuclear war. Need to apologise and use thoughts to retrieve the nuclear bombs. The Manhattan Project produced two different types of atomic bombs, code-named Fat Man and Little Boy."
But you know, it's not something we developed on our own. Most companies that sell food _add_ sugar to their food _even if it's not sweet food!!!_ So they are literally and purposefully getting us hooked on it for profit. They are freaking evil.

@@DopamineMVWM as I am. eating mexican candys not much different and same physical deteriation of the human body. Also youre bassically wanting for him to do so weird. Thats not support boy. Im also a husky hispanic male and I think fat touches down on the male sides the love handles nobody loves. and my gut. Whats wrong is that america has put too much bread flour in all its foods its not even winter im triying to starve for Spiritual purposes but I havent even started Im certainly addicted to sugar. But probably more to pornography either way both are being used as malevolent intentions to keep humanity down its misrable this physical hell even im going to go clean my room.
@[ Xx_Cosmos_The_Cool_Kid_xX ] you might not necessarily be fat fat. Having some percentage of body fat isn't unhealthy, it's a problem only when your activities are affected or organs/both. People judge anyway....
Or in my case (a former sugar addict), it can cause leaky gut which awakens an autoimmune response triggering my spleen to destroy my platelets causing me to nearly bleed out from a simple nosebleed resulting in two weeks in the hospital under close supervision with intense and expensive infusions and immunotherapy…yeah, I don’t go near sugar anymore, not for a mile. It’s a hard adjustment at first especially in America where sweets are everywhere and in everything, but then it loosens it grip on you and you can make it through the day without craving treats. Then finally you stop wanting it altogether. The coolest part is when your tastebuds reset themselves and you can taste the natural sweetness in some vegetables that you always considered bitter. And then your skin gets brighter and your mind is clearer and your mood is elevated and your body is energized…Anyway, yeah, sugar bad
The more processed a food or additive is, the more likely it is to cause numerous health problems. And some things like sugar has many problems caused by it's use. Addictive, fat creating, emotion screwing, and other problems. I'm currently trying to step down my use of sugar. Second worse thing I've ever put in my body.
@@maestrulgamer9695 since sugar causes inflammation and inflammation opens the door to every health problem ever, in a sense sugar causes almost every health issue there is, indirectly
Yes! Lifelong sugar addict, almost impossible to quit cause of multiple overlaying issues, finally managed a little while ago and the difference is ridiculous. I can actually function, my anxiety is way down, I sleep better, I could go on. I was basically super ill and didn't even realise how all encompassing it was.
This guy has definitely quit sugar. Anyone who says they can taste and appreciate the sweetness in vegetables is officially a sugar addiction survivor congratulations
The brain is the only organ in the body that wants sugar. It will literally ask for it, it will make you crave for it if you don't have your sugar levels in blood controlled because brain need glucose to function and sugar is the easiest way to get it. This video is a genius way to explain something that could be confusing or boring in an entertaining, accurate and funny way
It also causes artery and heart disease by damaging endothelial cells. This damage triggers the clotting cascade and, over time, cholesterol builds up in the wall of the arteries.
solution: increase your basal metabolic rate / resting energy utilization rate so that simple and complex polysaccharides are metabolized and used quicker and more efficiently by the body.
Yknow framing sugar as a victim in a way is something I haven't tried before. Guy doesn't get to do his job and ends up trapped. All he wanted to do was make things good but he didn't know we overbooked people from his industry already.
@@ali_the_persian_dude Fun fact: most "fruit" as we know it did not originally have that much sugar. We've selectively bred it for thousands of years to have more sugar than the wild form we first encountered, because we like it better that way.
My nephew at 12 had no idea that sugar leads to extra weight. He used to eat the cubes of it which are made for the tea. But really under what rock has he grown up. I shocked him two years ago with this.
Bro our education system is shit like I remember it being briefly covered in like 4th grade and never again 😂. Yeah people may know sugar is bad but what really are the effects? It’s sad most people don’t understand how the body truly responds to what is given.
I honestly have no idea why, but it feels so strange seeing a channel being translated into English. I'm so used to seeing thousands of channels translating from English instead. It's so rare that I see something like this from RU-vid.
I just found this English version. I have listened to the Spanish version for years to help me practice listening and reading with subtitles. I was surprised to o

if you get too much sugar daily or trough the week, you get another type of dopamine that feels better when you go sugar free for two weeks. in fact you might get addicted to that too. but the feel good effects is only gonna last for so long.
shit i think i had or have this pattern cause i can go atleast 2-3 weeks without rlly esting sugar, but then there are some days i goo crazyyyy over it, so rn am just trying to balance myself and let myslef have small amounts of it
Hahaha holy cow! This is the first time that I see this in English and I have to say This is just as amazing as the Spanish version! Good for you Mr. Fred!
I've never felt pleasure from sugar consumption. Once a year or two I'll decide I should try and eat a bunch of reeses, or a darker chocolate but usually the sweetness winds up being too much after two or three pieces. Fruits are pretty good though.
If you're having an issue with weight, cut out the simple sugars and leave everything else the same. You'll see what I mean in a few days when the scale drops and a few weeks when the pants don't fit.
@Aronno I'm going to add to Kasper's comment, emotional dysregulation is a part of ADHD and sugar becomes a way to "feel good" as we get older it's a chemical crutch. " I'm so happy, sad, mad, hurt" we'll go to sugar because it's our earliest and most accessible coping mechanism.
I haven't had sugar in months because of my acne but I decided to spoil myself this week with 6 mini Magnum ice creams. I had 3 in one day and the rush and joy I felt🥺🥺. It was totally worth it. No guilt whatsoever!
I try to avoid sugar the most I can. I can enjoy a cake now and then but I don't have crave for sugar most of the time I just dislike the idea of eating sweets but I have a weak spot for salty and spicy food.

And once you stop eating so much sugar you get sick. I started developing health issues and had to quit sugar, cold turkey. I got sick for a couple weeks. But I am dropping weight really fast. I get a normal amount of exercise and I haven’t changed my activity since I started my diet. I was 270 a little over 2 months ago and I’m 232 now. My 1 year goal was to lose 75 pounds. Looks like I’m going to beat it 😂
@@ailynevensen No, it works for us too. I'm a woman with PCOS, which means I gain weight incredibly easily and have more trouble than an average woman losing it. Cutting sugar is the only way I've ever managed to lose weight. HOWEVER...cutting sugar means more than just switching to diet soda and not eating candy all day. It also means cutting out the hidden sugars and those in "healthy" sources...like granola, smoothies (which are just mlikshakes by another name!), instant oatmeal, yogurt, breakfast cerals (yes, even the boring high fiber ones), store or restaurant bought sauces and condiments, sports drinks, trail mix even if it says "omega-3 mix" on it, any kind of nut milk unless it's specifically unsweetened, all oat milk, all fruit juices, and some brands of bread and peanutbutter. Also, controlling portions on high carbohydrate foods that aren't sweet like potatoes, pasta, bread, rice (I have a blood glucose monitor and rice spikes my blood sugar worse than actual candy!), and portion sizes on some fruits. Fruit isn't called "nature's candy" for no reason, and just because you eat dried cranberries on a salad, or chocolate in the form of a Luna bar, doesn't magically lower the amount of sugar in them. Men do lose weight more easily than us. That's just a fact, but there's some science to suggest that cutting out sugar is probably actually more effective for weightloss for us. We just have to be serious about it. We can't switch to snacking on pretzels instead of peanutbutter cups, and call that "cutting out sugar" the way that a young 20 something dude might be able to get away with.
I feel like these should be good for kids to watch it talks about the body responses to different things in nice ways and they they should exercise and not be lazy lol and not consume to much sugar lol 😝
Very good video! I would recommend to add one more player to the show. The "bad" sugar eating bacteria in your gut, that are involved in the high dopamine emissions in your body when sweet stuff just gets into your mouth..
Yep everyone tells how violent sugar is and at the same time silent about proteins overdose, maybe meat lobby is richer than sugary is, hahah. Great animation btw.

Diabetic neuropathy most often damages nerves in the legs and feet. Depending on the affected nerves, diabetic neuropathy symptoms include pain and numbness in the legs, feet and hands. High blood glucose levels can affect the brain's functional connectivity, which links brain regions that share functional properties, and brain matter. It can cause the brain to atrophy or shrink. I’m sorry I just Google those to give you somewhat correct information, but Alzheimer’s has been called “type 3 diabetes ”. Sometimes people with diabetes can’t heal a wound on their extremities mostly the legs and it may lead to amputation. In general the people who have the genes to store fat “only becomes obese” with the biggest quotes possible. Skinny people who tell you they can eat a bucket of ice-cream while spending the weekend on the couch Netflix and chill should ask themselves where does the sugar go?
No, abdominal storage is absolutely not good! Abdominal fat that's around the organs in the abdomin (known as visceral fat) increases risk for diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, and even some types of cancer.
