The whole game for years has been pushed into more PvP. They add new guns but rarely clothing items. When they do they suck. Like a fanny pack. They add more capable guns on the coast, look at the police events with pioneer and the prison with the 80s sniper rifle. This encourages killing in Chernarus. As noted in the video that's what Livonia was, forced people into either hunting and fishing or killing others. I expect the new map will be similar.
i like the idea of a smaller map with high loot high pvp interaction. now: there are mods for that... but a vanilla version would be interesting to see.
Boys the maps not even out yet we can’t assume anything let’s give it a few weeks after it’s out to see how it plays out , same people said the same thing about Livonia 🤷♂️
looks really pretty. don't want to get my hopes too high but will likely get it at some point. i love namalsk so should love this too provided it all kinda works allright
I'm looking forward to Sakhal despite the small size. It will at least mean engaging with other players sooner rather than later. And I don't mind dying since I don't mind starting new adventures. I'd rather wait until I've played Sakhal before I start sharing any thoughts I may have about it. So many times I find myself geared up and avoiding engaging out of fear of losing my gear. I know it's up to me to overcome my Gear Fear and engage in PVP. With Sakhal, it seems like it will be my main option anyway. As a console player I'm always hoping for new maps. So, now we have one. Time to batten down the hatches and get ready for a new experience.
As a console player im gagging to try something new. Ive exhausted Chernarus and now live on Livonia, which i am loving (bunker was awesome) but both are mild weather. Got to get me some brrrr in my life
@@MerrySummitHiker-kv8lj problem is a cheap pc is still more expensive than a new console and with the economy in complete shambles it's hardly the ideal time to invest in anything other than the essentials.
I play both xbox and pc so I am familiar with Namalsk's size. It does have a wide range of terrain so even for the smaller size, it makes it seem bigger.
This seems more like a console update. PC players already live on Namalsk which doesn't have many problems, so Sakhal likely wont either. I always wanted more of a arid/desert map - like Takistan but with decent servers and at least some players.
chernarus have 225 km² but its with the sea land only on Chernarus is 181 km² so its like same as Livonia but Livonia doesnt have good military bases and no big towns only small vilages
I think there will be a greater challenge with the cold 🥶 no matter the size it should be interesting and change game play, also milk in before hot water for coffee is required but tea definitely not and most definitely keep it out of the microwave lol
Hey I'm new to dayz PC and MnK there are so many things to PC could you help people like me to know where to start out. I don't like vanilla but I don't like it overloaded with mods either. Either way you are the person to go to as far as choosing and given brief descriptions on the servers. More beginner servers. I'm just having hard time in pvp scenarios everyone is just so good lol.
Try NEO Farmers, it's a bit more forgiving and it has cool admins too. They have a discord you should be able to search for, but it's a good server for beginners. The PVP thing will just come with time. There's a steam game, free, called Aimlabs you can use to practice shooting on M&K. It helps you improve shooting and reaction quite a bit when new
Not much hope in the devs maps. Hell we are still running assets from arma 2 in a standalone..... Not to mention 2nd map of 3 in ten years took years to even be playable.
Isn't the 83km² for Sakhal just for the landmass in the map? Or does that include water aswell? I think there will also be ice sheets greatly expanding how much "landmass" you can walk on in the map
You make more content based on the actual game and its status and I hope you continue to do so unlike fresh spawns who just make nonsense now for views you deserve way more subscribers
I used to live in Alaska so this is where my mind immediately goes when it comes to dealing with snow. Especially deep snow, that's something you don't want to fall way deep into. You almost never warm up afterwards
It sounds like the last album by Tool. Took a decade and wasn’t long enough. Hope not, I only play DayZ. Every other game is rubbish in comparison so I hope it rocks.😊
You better not have killed the spider or put it outside.. House Spiders, have specifically evolved to exist within the dwellings of humans, so putting it outside will kill it.
@@CarlSagan-ew8tw yes they have. If you look at video’s about the weekend where they showed it. They tell it and explain it that with all the water and ice surrounding the entire islands it is the same size as Chernarus. All the landmass is smaller but the rest surrounding it isn’t. Do your research before you blurt out untrue stuff
@@Mysticism030 Just checked, with the water it's smaller than Livonia, the land mass is 83km2 compared with livonia's 163km2 so youre right research was easy
Just don’t know how you or anyone can make a video or comment on a map that’s not even released yet. You haven’t played it. You don’t know how it’ll play. We’ll see.
