When I first saw the three levels I thought they were all hard demon because the hard demon difficulty face is the same as the default demon difficulty face.

excdellent video! I would always get extremely nervous after passing that dual and mini-wave part since that part often gets me, especially when I'm already nervous. And with these nerves, that memorizing ship part is quite difficult. So even though I beat Deadlocked in 3K attempts (which is roughly the number of attempts I have on easy demons), the experience of beating it surely is more painful. Because of it being so painful, I would rate it as a higher-end easy demon or easy medium demon.

I can't be the only one that beat RobTop demons in this order: 1. Deadlocked 2. Theory of Everything 2 3. Clubstep In fact, I thought Deadlocked was the easiest at first 💀

When I first played geometry dash I didn't realize that the demon rating for robtop levels was unspecified, I thought they were all hard demons as their icon would seem to imply. With this in mind after beating stereo madness all the way to base after base as well as electroman adventures, I took up a challenge, I went for deadlocked. I wanted to go for my first demon right after beating my first insane level. More than that, I wanted my first demon to be something really challenging, special, and impressive for a first. Also deadlocked is my favorite robtop level so I really wanted to play it. I practiced on my phone all the time, at lunch at school, at home(i play mobile), I made like 10 different copies of the level that started at different places to practice each part, I poured thousands of attempts into these copies amd finally, around 4th months later I was in the middle of history class in 11th grade when I beat deadlocked holding my phone in my laptop the teacher couldn't see me playing. I had poured 11000 attempts into the level and I never counted how many into the copies but I remember it was a LOT. In any case I was SOOO PROUD I had beat a hard demon for my first demon and then I found out that it wasn't actually a hard and most likely just one of the more difficult easy demons. It doesn't change the fact though, deadlocked is my greatest accomplishment, 2 weeks later I had beat 4 other easy demons (lighting road,nightmare...ect the easy ones) hitting 5 demons completed. Deadlocked is still the hardest level I've beaten as I quit the game afterwards but I just came back to the game when 2.2 came out and my friends went back. I'm currently working on deadlocked v2 (imo an absolutelyfantastic level), an insane demon (not the medium or easy ones) of which I'm on like 39% with 7000 attempts and thousands in copies.😂 I know I bite off more than I can chew but that is when I have the most fun in gd, not when I mindlessly beat 20 to 30 insane levels/easy demons. More like when I pick an insane challenge that will take months and grind for it. Wish me luck, this one might take me up to a year but it's worth it, I like the challenge, it's much more fun to me than mindlessly grinding 15-30 easy demons even if it's less efficient.

With the 2.203 Update, they added a tiered Demon list for profiles. I have beaten 2 user-made Easy Demons and Deadlocked. My profile shows I have beaten 3 Easy Demons, which means Deadlocked is officially an Easy Demon. Congrats.

I beat deadlocked on my phone last week, and it’s was alright, I personally think deadlocked is a medium demon on mobile (for pc easy demon is completely fair) but those 3x speed wave sections are brutal on 60hz, nonetheless it’s a hard level that’s not super fun on mobile. overall I’d still say it’s medium demon tho just in comparison to some easy demons I’ve completed as well as comparing them to clupstep and ToE2.

I still find it to be a medium. I haven’t beaten zafari but I have beaten extinction and that level was a lot easier than deadlocked imo. There are three medium demons that are easier than deadlocked imo which are b, beautiful chaos, and electrodynamics v2. It’s still one of the easiest medium demons but still a medium nonetheless.

Just a random comment about the three main demons. TOE 2 is the hardest one! Definitely on the cusp of medium or hard demon😮. The main reason it give me problems was not because of the weird ship at 80% it was actually because of all the weird straight fly parts before that and the ending part is very closed for an ending part where you’re normally stressed in your hand is shaking when you first beat it.

Totally agree ! For me It goes like this : Toe 2 : low/mid easy demon clubstep : mid easy demon deadlocked : high easy demon (close to medium) I don't think any of these levels are medium demons, you just have to compare to other mediums demons even in the gauntlets like : mechanical showdown, shrill hallway and hell which are harder than robtop demons I think (well shrill hallway is close to deadlokced difficulty cuz It's a low medium but still a bit harder)

i think i this should be rated by how people actually play the game. Like me, the person who spend the whole day doing wave challenge, i think the wave part is easy, the only time i die there because i was nervous because it was at the close end of the level. For other part , this is my rating (personaly) first cube : this is free, if it is not 5 star, idk what is first wave: for me it is damn easy, i could rate it an easy demon wave but.... because of those gravity switches, i think it is a 8 star wave.The gravity changes just make it so much easier if you know when to click. first ship : you can tell this is absolutly free if you learn how to do it. 5 star the first ball: .....4 star, you know this is the easiest part of the level. the first ufo: this is the part where i get annoyed if the transition. but it still kinda easy so a 5 star. first cube and robot part: Yeah, this is an mediam demon for me. even tho when you learn it, it is easy,but there is some part that kinda annoy me, especially the jump in 32% to change from cube to robot, such an annoying jump. second ball: 8 star, the max it can get because of how sight-readable is it. the second cube and robot part: dont wanna talk about it, this is the part where i die in most attemp.mediam demon. hell ship and ufo: average easy demon part,nothing much to say. last wave: very spammy ,the only difficult in this for me was the mini wave part. last ship: is it not that hard but it is at the end of the level,i usually get nervous so i die there sometime. 8 star last ufo and cube: 6 star because it is at the end of the level.

Some of the stuff u said is good but deadlocked took me 2000 attempts when medium demons i beat around the same time took less than 500. To be fair my perception of difficulty is clapped because I beat deadlocked before clubstep or toe2 but still I think deadlocked is like mid-medium demon.

During my early grind of the game, I found it as easy as decode, which is also an easy demon. Both are near the end of the difficulty imo (but I haven't beaten that many easy demons yet, just like 30 of them)

Living open is just decorated deadlocked and thats a med demon. I played it and it felt the same (other than like 2 parts) so its a med demon, also hell isnt a dual wave, i get its not that comparable, but dual harder than normal

thing is, you are comparing this with custom levels and those have a much higher standard of difficulty compared to robtop levels. when you think about it, for a lot of people, its these levels that are gonna be the first demons for most people as they are official levels. that is why they are more entry level compared to customs. but when you are approaching these levels right after idk electrodynamix, the skill ceiling increases dramatically. so if we were gonna go by that, i think that deadlocked is medium while toe2 is borderline medium as well as clubstep

Overall it’s definitely an easy demon because of how much of the level is filled with pretty easy parts. But for the fact that the two hardest parts of the level (the dual wave and memory ship) are right at the end and back to back, and especially for someone like me who is terrible at wave specifically, it feels like a medium demon. That could also just be because of the fact that I just beat it the other day with well over 4k attempts accumulated over the last 9 years

I am pretty sure that most people's RobTop demon rankings by difficulty is: Deadlocked hardest, then TOE2 then Clubstep. But for me it is TOE2, Clubstep then Deadlocked, maybe because I spend the most time on Deadlocked and I just beat it a few hours ago, and I cannot be more happy :)

I think its a medium demon in my opinion. Maybe its because at the time I jumped from TOE to Deadlocked. I’m a mobile 60hz player, and the wave parts can sometimes be hell.

Deadlocked felt like a medium demon when it first released but as time went by, it felt like an easy demon overtime

The wave parts with 2 or 3 speed is hell because when you are a slow clicker, you will die there a lot.

I have beaten electrodynamix v2 which is a medium demon in 520 atts but it took me 2,4k attempts to beat deadlocked which is by far the longest it has taken me to beat a level but it might have been cause before beating deadlocked my hardest was a easy demon called blue hell or something like that lol

For deadlocked, I’ve beaten a ton of medium demons and even more easy demons, and imo, its harder than most easy demons I’ve beaten, and around the difficulty of low end medium demons. I think it could go either way. Though it is more like a 9 star without those waves lol

What? The first cube and robot to me has always been one of the free parts of the level. I don't think I've even died 5 times there playing the level. Also don't you freaking go underestimating the 90% UFO. That part is very threatening. If someone for some reason didn't use practice mode, they WILL die there. Unless they get lucky. Imagine running into that thing in a 7 star, you'd be very dead if you were at a 7 star skill level. You typically don't use practice mode for a freaking 7 star if you're at a demon skill level. Also what the last cube is easily 2 or 3 star, no question

I spent more attempts on Deadlocked than on multiple medium demons. Idc what ppl say it's a medium demon you can't convince me otherwise

Just considering my number of attempts on average for medium demons I get 700 att but for deadlocked I got over 1400 att so I'd say it is a solid medium

It took me around 1500 attempts for Clubstep and Theory of everything 2 meanvile Deadlocked took me over 3000 on mobile

tbh when I play deadlocked everything from 20% to 60% comes off as extremely easier than the rest (of course the mini ball requires a bit of memory so maybe a bit harder?) and it all flows seemlessly imo. Generally speaking you only die at the wave parts and the late ships (unbalanced robtop demon? no way) so I overall agree with the easy demon rating, but, for whatever reason I find deadlocked easier than -sirius- from funnygame which is a medium demon, so... wtf edit: didn't say it explicitly but everything from 20% to 60% is like a 7 star (to me) exept the mini ball and the mini cube with the blue orbs which may as well be 8-9 star (my opinion if you don't agree it's fine) everything else I agree with

All of the demons are hard demons because when robtop rates a demon level, it is immediately a hard demon until the community rates it. But I think that it is deadlocked: medium, clubstep: easy, toe2: medium.

Did Deadlocked Mobile for the first time 12 minutes ago. 4336 attempts. It was a jump from the nightmare and i agree with you but it is definitely on the harder side of easy demons.

It's harder than any other easy demon I have seen but apparently, according to robtop it is still easy... Also Extinction is still way easier than Deadlocked IMO, And almost every part of Zafari aside from the wave is like 7*

For me, Deadlocked isn't hard much in overall I am stuck more than 1000+ attemps just because the crazy spam wave sections but other sections is very easy if practiced. Even though the wave sections are hard I found myself enjoy so much when playing I didn't even feel annoy or fustrate. Very good level even though it's a Demon.

Absention im the dirty lvl creator if i upgrade dead locked its gonna be harder than tidal wave but i can't verify it because im so noob

Personally I thought all 3 were medium demons, there's so many poorly rated levels that are IMO not placed correctly. going based on the easy and mediums ive beaten, the 3 easy demons i beat (speed racer, decode and problematic) all took within 500 attempts each and my mediums (B and Oridion) took about 1.3k att. for every robtop demon so far, clubstep took roughly 1500, TOE2 took 840ish and im 90smth% on deadlocked with 1.1k atts. In the end tho its mostly just opinion in which mine's right and yours is wrong.

I consider Deadlocked as medium demon, not everyone is a tryhard 144hz player to say that every demon is easy. Clubstep and Toe2: Easy Demon Deadlocked: Medium Demon That should be fine.
