Companies can remove employees any time, but irony of Companies restrict dual employment

basu other side of the coin. company can make you work 12-15hrs 6 days a week. I worked like this but they give same salary. this is all legal. once i worked with 2 clients at same time with out each client knowing i am working for other client.

Dual like same software job not possible, if we caught we will not get exp letter in both. Bee careful before taking decision.

But after working for 2.5 months, I resigned the company Y and re-joined the same old company X and continued with the same PF number X. 3.
