The Walshes discover Emily is sending threatening letters to the school! #Beverlyhills90210 | Now streaming on Paramount+ Where to watch: para.mt/90210
Steve was my favourite because he sure didn't look like a teenager, but definitely acted like one! He was fallible but funny and his heart was good. It couldn't have been easy being friends with Brandon, when nearly EVERY girl would choose him over you. Celeste was the only one that actually chose Steve (and he blew it).
This is fatal attraction the Beverly Hills version, I love how Emily has her own creepy soundtrack music too , wow I remember when quarters went into pay phones lol
Not so much fatal attraction, cuz at no point does Emily stop being sympathetic. Cuz its a teen drama, most of us know and understand what its like to go through what emily went through. She made a mistake and wants to fix it but isnt allowed to, and all she wants is to just be with the person she loves and the rejection is more than she can bear. Not just from Brandon, but from the rest of the gang.
Emily Valentine has literally crossed the line, bigtime!! I have to say that she won't accept the fact that Brendan doesn't want anything to do with her full stop!!
It would totally make sense that Brandon would randomly look her up and track her down in San Francisco after all of this in season 4. And he'd be deeply in love. That storyline would totally happen in real life. Emily drugged him, called his house and hung up hundred's of times, lied about them having sex to his friends, wrote threatening letters, and was about to burn down their school float. Totally a recipe for love.
Steve was nodding his head while Brandon was talking. She can say what she wants to say she is toxic and manipulative. She said ALL of that as a way to turn it around on him and make him feel guilty. Smh. No. They wouldn't have responded that way if some guy was doing Brenda like that. It was unhealthy.
Steve was a good friend when he stopped Brandon and said "let her go." He made a lot of bonehead decisions at times, but that was very good advice. He could see she would continue to be trouble.
Seriously?, "I feel bad for her"?a crazy girl stalking your son and doing weird things ...Brandon's mom Is crazy, she has always being permissive, coddler, and irresponsable, the father has always Made more sense than her.
Steve was awesome for telling Brandon, "Let her go." Most of my friends would laugh and ride me to the moon about it. Maybe even tell me to chase her to keep the psycho inside joke between the gang as fodder.
I was thinking the same exact thing. She must have had a whole pocketful of quarters. Of course if she kept getting a busy signal she’d get the quarter back right?🙃
...a LOT going on, in this scene.... 1. ..Steve (in a RARE Dinner scene w/ the Walshes) is added for 'comedic relief' (2:55), but is a TRUE Friend, to knows when to lend a hand (1:25)... and, an ear, to a Buddy.... (cont.) 2. ....Emily brought out a LOT of stuff an 'Outsider' has to deal with, when dealing w/ a tight-knit Group like THESE Kids; ...her '...S-lut...' revelation (1:13), stirred the previous rumors about Kelly, then hit, w/ David, Donna & Andrea's v-irginities (1:02), & Guys like Dylan, who DID misconstrue her, as 'One'.... (0:43) 3. ...and although we know the Writers sent Emily off into "Alex Forrester Land" ('Fatal Attraction'), there ARE some Guys who have to put the foot down, regardless of breaking a Heart....OR, a phone Bill.... (4:16) ....
Beverly Hills 90210 has a long tradition of bringing partners to the show. Tiffani Thiessen was Brian Austin Green's girlfriend. Vanessa Marcil was his wife. Tory had brought several boyfriends to the show and Ian met his wife on the set
I have been with a woman like Emily and it was bad. I tried to be nice until I finally had to blunt and it then got worse. She made it so a picture of me in leopard underwear got shown to a bunch of people at school. She created problems for me at my job. She wouldn’t stop blowing up my phone. She made it so a lot of people saw photos of me in a speedo. She also slashed my tires
I had been Facebook "friends" with a woman (I am a straight woman) for a very short time and I had to dump her bc she became too clingy. She could not leave me alone after I dumped her and harassed me like crazy by contacting people online and lying to them about me. She's even named in a lawsuit. She turned out to be a complete headcase and I have to now go to the police against her. She told me she had Borderline Personality Disorder which is one of the reasons I dumped her. And I believe Emily in this instance is diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder in a later episode. These people are completely messed up and, yes, they suffer themselves, but it's best to stay away from them bc they will take everyone down with them. PSA: Stay away from people with Borderline Personality Disorder, whatever you do. Thank me later.
Yes I know exactly what you mean!! I had a roommate with borderline personality disorder and she was literally the most psychotic, evil person I've ever met!! Their minds are so unstable and unrealistic!
@@innag6888yes!! People with borderline personality disorder ALWAYS have to be a victim! They can literally murder someone for no reason and argue why it wasn't their fault because they're going through something!!
Some people commenting are hilarious. Love how half of the comments are rationalizing Emily's character behavior, because of maybe some toxicity they've developed personally... The Projecting 😂 And, the other half that need to refresh their memory of this episode hahah...
Yep because every typewriter had a fingerprint. For some it was one letter that printed slightly too low or too high. For others it was a letter that never quite printed all the way, maybe it had a corner missing or a line down the middle. Mine had a habit of occasionally having two letters sticking together and printing them both at the same time. I still have it!
Andrea dressed older than she was. But she also looked older. She looked too old to play a teenager. She was in her late 20’s. They all looked too old to be in high school. Honestly. I loved the show though!
What are you talking about? If you actually watched the show you would know why Brandon broke up with her and why her stalking and harassing him is inappropriate, hence, why he’s angry with her in this scene.
The parents never tell the kids how powerful sex is. .. it makes teen girls feel that they're completely in love. 😢.. it sucks , we shouldn't have sex at a young age either, but most of us never understood that ...
I remember dating a few girls like Emily back in the day, pretty, creep and stalker type, honestly when they act unhinged it scares the shit out of you, especially when you just want to have fun, enjoy been young 😂
I still don't understand the continuous phone calls and just hanging up! I used to do that when I was in kindergarten because I thought it was funny 🤣, not high school
i bought the dvds a few years back. the particular disc this episode is on has 4 absolute banger season 2 episodes: Halloween_The Next 50 Years_U4EA_My Desperate Valentine
I remember when Brenda and Emily were fighting at Brenda's house b/c she was jealous of Emily b/c Dylan and Brandon and Steve and were being so nice to her and Kelly and Donna didn't like Emily from the start especially when Donna said "I can't believe she came, and Kelly said "Well all her boyfriends are here!" Of course Brenda had to go out of her way to make Emily feel bad in front of everyone. Emily then was with Brandon and they went to rave party and that's when she drugged Brandon and then Brandon didn't even know it and it was until Emily went all crazy on the Walsh family and making threats to the school and calling Brandon's house and leaving a huge cake and cleaned his shirt also Emily even kissed him on the neck and Brandon went off on her. He didn't like that at all and Brandon even changed his locker b/c of what Emily did. That' should have been a red flag.
