"African-American" has always kind of seemed...wrong, in a way, because I know some people from South Africa, Niger, and Mozambique who were all White, and are now living in the United States, but could rightly have been called African-Americans. Weird.

I'm American with a public school education from Boston Massachusetts and I can speak/read/hear three languages and read/translate a fourth. Languages were required in middle school (French Spanish and Mandarin) and HS in order to graduate.

True from my mom side everyone has a lighter skin tone while my dads is a darker skin tone so my moms family always make fun of us for being brown. Sometimes I dislike being tan but as im getting older I'm more accepting of it. Besides all poc regardless of race are beautiful
