Before my facial skin looked dry and dull all the time, even upon waking. But after I conducted a bit of study and made some changes, my face started bright and glowing within a short span of weeks. Here is what I did: I consumed a proper diet that included foods like dal, roti, green veggies, and brown rice. This assisted nourish my body from within. Coffee pimples ya acne nahi detha but if u have already then u should not go for coffee as a remedy becoz it may worsen ur acne. Apka skin breakout keliye prone ho sakti hai.. isliye coffee scrubs are best on the body and not on the face.

Smtg I'd like to share here; for all the dry skin people, always do a patch test first. I've been using besan mask for years but the curd variant never suited me, it gave me redness, irritated skin and small inflammatory bumps... here's my version of the mask: Besan (Gram Flour) 2 tbsp milk 1 tbsp honey That's it. I don't even add turmeric to it. This mask has helped me get rid of scars, tanning, blemishes and keeps my skin hydrated. ~Dr Lucy
