What I want is based on the clubs fan base how much crowds they have on a match day, like if your team isn’t where they should be your not going to get a sell out crowd I think it would be more realistic if there was more empty seats

Career mode is exactly the same as the last 5 years. They just change the interface. Obviously EA won't focus on updating it because it's not FUT

It's so frustrating that we had features like "Gameface" years ago, maybe even a decade ago yet we don't have them now. It's my club; I want to see my face on the manager, not someone else!

The one thing for me when creating your own club was that even if I chose the stadium with the highest capacity so I can earn more money on tickets sales, it was always showing that my stadium had only 4K capacity or something out of the 45k capacity I originally had chosen. I hope they fixed that in fifa23

Played about 5 games, I’ve been a Legendary difficulty player for a long time now on CM. The pace of the game feels kind of nice, a little more realistic at times but it never slows down. AI is terrible in most scenarios, slow to react. Legendary feels incredibly difficult. Opposition is almost unstoppable on free kicks near the box. Penalties and free kicks are a little strange, don’t feel like anyone asked for that change. Corners are alright. I can adjust but again, not a change I ever saw anyone ask for. Power shots almost always score. EA’s “attempt” at handball recognition results in about 3 penalties a game if you turn it on. Aesthetic changes, nothing that meaningful. Product is cleaner at release and all, like I said graphics are beautiful, but it’s still the same FIFA at it’s core.

Glad you can use a real manager now but there are a fair few managers who have scans already but aren’t working at the minute Tuchel, Zidane, etc. it would be cool if they could patch in a “free agent” section when you’re choosing a manager and just put all the managers with actual scans in there 🤷🏼‍♂️

The new town park looks nice, I like the cinematics too but definitely the game needs improvements. Especially Create a club. Looking forward to see what happens with Ea Sports FC or the other games. SIUUUU

Playable highlights is good if you want to get games out of the way quick. It’s the same game every year, which is expected just some small new features and roster updates. You can’t expect much the great games take years to make. Sports games are just roster updates really pretty much all of them.

There’s a lot of bugs and atm I have the goalkeeper abilities for both me and cpu set to 60, so hopefully within a few patches this’ll be tidied up.

What annoys me is the fact that a created team won’t have the premier league name and number don’t style on the back of the shirts etc. lack of detail is alarming. Also check out lonwijkfor Plymouth argyle. He has a green face!!

@3:34 the customization for create your club players has always been in the game just EA has unlocked it in that mode...On PC we have had that customization since Fifa 20.👀 It's another reason why EA are so lazy imo, i get you can't change real players because that effects licencing issues etc but they could easily add more customization into their game to what their offering us at the moment....Sad really.

Also often there are no replays. Even when shots hit the post... And the game resets sometimes giving me things like user agreement and settings as if I play it for the first time...

Seems like every fifa that comes out has bugs as my fifa 23 has some annoying ones like ball floating in the air that doesn’t come down or when you substitute a player he stays on the pitch but you can run through them

The reason I’ve bought FIFA games the last few years at a heavily discounted price is for the obvious lack of interest by the devs to put in work for the manager career mode and the lack of change to the menu confirms it. We should have Coach Mode (Cpu vs Cpu with player ability to change tactics on the fly), team and individual stats from all leagues, player cards updated to show career individual awards and stats, and annual awards from all leagues. The mode is too bare bones when it comes to data that you should have in a manger mode. It should be different from the Player Career Mode and it simply is too lite on the details. It doesn’t have to be as deep as a Football Manager game, but it shouldn’t be too far off either.

Man love this vid, but seriously if you set transfers to loose it should be as advertised 😂, Not like hey this player will not relocate. That said I created a career using my own name and I got maximin from Newcastle utd then I crated a new real manager and he wouldn’t relocate. Yeah that’s fantasy footy for sure but still. I put 5 players up for transfer and one of them was good and no offers during the window.

Cutzy one of the game changers at EA came out with a video saying 'don't buy Fifa 23' 😂EA seen the upload and on his twitter said he has been hushed 🤫🤫🤫by EA.....So now he can't say anything bad about 23 lol....Even the gamechangers can't talk creative criticism anymore and Cutzy's upload was the full truth saying the game code is based on PS2 gameplay let that sink in.

I've never watched a game of football before, i'm from America so i never really got into it. I bought fifa 23 last night because i started watching Mark Goldbridge on youtube, and got into it. I have to say fifa manger career mode is SO far ahead of madden and nhl. I assume most of you are jaded to it from playing year after year and like madden and nhl they barley change anything. As a first time player though i'm really enjoying the depth of it, even though i have no idea what's going on and still learning all the postions and what they do. At least you football fans will have some competition against ea next year, so feel lucky by that at least.

You can customise everything except the cap, you can’t take it off, if you use him at Liverpool the LFC logo will be on his cap, if you use him at another club it’ll just be a plain black cap.

So far so good...I Played almost 2 seasons and had any bugs so far. When i think of FIFA 22 with all these bugs at the beginning(skinny arms and no names on jersey for Academy players AND the auto switching automatic didn't work) and those problems went for months until it get patcht.

I'm still on the fence about getting the game. My big question is, is the board happiness glitches still? Fifa 22 i started in championship i was winning the league l, met all the board expectations by mid season, but around mid season my board happiness started slowly declining even though I was still winning. Apparantly it was a glitch so was wondering if they fixed it?

I'm quite happy with the gameplay however features such as transfer analyst and playable highlights are shite. Transfer analyst can give me an A rating but at the same time tell me the player is not good enough as for playable highlights it loads in to the game and the shape of the team is so wrong like not one single player in their own half of the pitch when I tried to play it I had cases were I was sure it was ten miles offside it's like they add things without testing them out and just hope for the best it's a joke really.

Scan your face is an old feature. They just removed it, like many, many features & then add it into a new game and pretend its new. They had a Stadium upgrade feature in FIFA 08

Just a slightly adapted interface and some new cutscenes. It's disappointing too because I know this game isn't worth buying, but without Fifa 22 getting new roster updates, proper rebuilds on the previous game are just impossible. And I know EA's well aware of that.

You say about arsenal and united managers not having a real face saying that's fifa, no it's because, e football has the exclusive rights with united and arsenal, I'm sure their managers faces will come in but saying "that's fifa for you" no it's cause they don't want to be sued
