One of the College in old Gurgaon named Guru Dronacharya College is the place where all of these training used to happen, specially the weapon training. In this college, that old tree is there as well where Arjuna hit bird's eye 😊 (they say it but not confirmed) Also, Mata Sheetla was Guru Dronacharya's wife, and Mata Sheetla Mandir is the oldest temple in Gurgaon and Gurgaon is famous for this as well.
The house, that u r checking in 6.5 cr is not worth it, because of this not much specious from the inside, looking little bit cramp in this price range... however the balcony space is huge... but according to indian weather, how much time will u give to sit on the balcony area... pls think about this also...
With dua respect I would like to mention that if you are going to buy a flat at any high-rise building or any high profile location at the cost of 6+ crore then I would suggest that it is better to go for land bunglow as because you already own plots in different different location select one proper location where ever you like your family like it's cost half the price of which you are currently looking at. One should buy a flat worth 6.5 cr only if the networth is atleast 40 cr excluding the primary residence, otherwise its wise to invest in 3 properties at this price and earn some cash as well, opinion of a financial planner, I would be tempted to buy the builder's stock after getting the first hand impression of how easy it is for them to quote a high figure and sell their inventories to seemingly ignorant buyers at that price too on the basis of a larger running balcony, branded sanitary fittings and already built in cupboards and closests and powder room with bidet
