It's a stuck property in Greater Noida like Jaypee. They have been very hopeful to get OC for the last three years but it's not happening actually. Even the company has not responded to mail since 2021. The same thing happened with Godrej Palm. Avoid Godrej in Noida or Greater Noida.

12 crores ka ghar. But there is no front garden area or back yard!! 500 gz... what a shocker. For 12 crores I would rather buy a huge villa in Bangalore !! Why Noida!! Over rated. Badly presented video. Nothing about flooring, fixtures. 12 crores for a small city like Noida is too much. For 12 crores you must provide excellent design n woodwork in the house plus green areas

500 sq yard villa has been designed as per authority norms. firstly, you need to understand, construction cost is more or less same across India what matters the most is the cost of land. secondly, about presentation ill ask Shah Rukh Khan if he could do a preview for you. Lastly for end user or this segment its always about the layout. if they like it they buy it, get everything dismantle and get it designed as per their taste.

What a joke??? 12cr for this? Lolllll better to buy in USA for 4cr with lawn garden pool. Property prices in India are insane and the reason is mafia. I would prefer to move abroad than buy these rubbish at these insane prices. I am 32 and many people of my age are already moving abroad cz of quality and standard of living. The coming generation is never going to prefer living here. These prices are just inflated and one day this bubble will break.

Promoting ATS in current scenario and about this failed project means its a paid promotion. You must tell about ATS current financial position and the pending litigation against them. You must not be biased towards builders, most of your viewers are buyers.

ATS is in a bad shape, struggling to deliver its existing projects plus lot of land dues. Better don’t go for the facade of sample flats and name, check on ground the reality and make an educated investment.
