Giannis is slowly becoming more know to the casual NBA audience and people are excited to learn and hear more about him. We love his story, we love his work effort, we love that he wants to keep being a better NBA Player. Giannis is probably the best 2 way player in the NBA since prime lebron and healthy kawhi, he isn't afraid of the big stage anymore and he is someone who will always give it his all.

Coming from a Celtics fan, Giannis is the best player in the world. He is everything you want from a player, the drive, the passion, the skill, the height, length, defensive instincts, outmuscles most people every night, he's dedicated and a champion. Theres a thing called system, Curry has won 4 chips playing the same way and the result shows he doesn't need to be 7 foot tall like Rudy Gobert to win on defense. I'm a huge Lebron fan and as good as he is running the game offensively and still can play elite defense if he MUST, he's not dominating like Giannis is at this point of his career. Giannis is literally punish opponents on both ends at an all time level. I know KD ain't the best player after getting swept so we can stop that. Embiid is not at Giannis level yet and i know Jokic just won MVP but he has not carried his team to the finals yet maybe when Murray is back we will see. Or I look at it this way. Your skill is base on your shooting form, and Giannis can get so bad at free throw line he makes Shaq look good. That means he hasn't developed, a true basketball player has to shoot every now and then, and clearly Giannis has a problem.

Second, what if I say your skill is based on being able to guard 1-5 and shut down an entire third of the court as a help defender? Giannis is STILL the best all-around player in the NBA, but still doesn't get the respect he deserves. Offensively, defensively top 5 in both. No one else is that, except maybe a 100% healthy Kawhi, but he hasn't been fully healthy since the ECF in 2019.

I'm so confused...why does this segment even exist? Who's even remotely closely to him? Clearly not KD or Lebron, who you could argue uptil 2018, but not anymore. Steph is up there for a 2nd place. No other player is more dominant, defensive or singly impactful right now on a team than the Greek Freak, and this is coming from a Warriors fan.
