Do you, have you ever recommended carpenters, painters, plumbers, or even an honest and reliable handyman? For someone coming from out of state. Hi I’m new to your page. I just started researching a move to Greenville area. Are there neighborhoods that are newer homes that are on small lots and are there HOAs that have lawn cutting and outdoor maintenance? Do you know of areas closer to shopping and good hospitals that are low maintenance for retired people who can’t do the lawn stuff anymore? Any areas beyond downtown Greenville? Thanks! PS.
