Grintale has been one of my favs for a while. I don't actually use him much, haven't taken time to build one. But he was one of the first ones I latched on to in my first long since deleted world.
And yeah, it hits hard, but it also has the huge wind up so it misses in open areas a fair amount. In my mind, that makes it almost balanced. It does need tuned down a little still.
That damage is something else man! I don't think they will or i hope they wont patch holy burst. Its strong with a low cool down but neutral pals need to hit hard since they arent super effective against anything
After watching your video, I got a Grintale my own. Same passives, 100 on attack IV and I used Holy Burst on Moonflower Jonin, it didn't one shot him (I didn't give Grintale any food, also I didn't put Ribunny to buff Grintale). Imo, Holy Burst is only good against big targets. If a target that has no body parts that extend outside that bubble, it will only get hit once, then it's just a normal 120 power active skill.
Apparently when they implemented the Alpha pal from eggs patch it counts all alphas as bosses and so when you butcher them they can drop the associated schematics. Works for every boss afaik.
I think it's a bug, it happens on PC as well. Where like have of your stations just don't show up. it's like the map thing where the curser just moves on it's own. It comes and goes.
hey can you try breeding for a knocklem with megaton implode and full attack. the ability he has is way stronger than gorirat so im curious to see if he can one shot frostallion
I don’t understand why people don’t fight the two metals separately. Go at night, paladius sleeps, necromus is awake being a dark type. Lure the dark away and fight, then attack the neutral
To be honest, I tried that the first time I went after them, and it went horribly. There are lots of Lovanders and Lespunks in the area, and they do not respect your one on one duel with Necromus. It's almost easier to just take them both on at once and concentrate on one until it's down, then go ham on the other.
@@nicodemous52 I ended up killing them the first few times of doing it (trying to capture) and eventually figured it out. I’m nowhere near as sophisticated as a lot of these players are.
@@Landoftheignorant At this point to the game we don't bother to do that, it's easy to kill both when you have maxed out everything. Some people want some challenges too.
@@dorelie9354 For sure. I’m not quite there yet. I’m still trying to manage the gold weapons and armor schematics, build up enough supplies to start a breed operation like this channel. I’ve been grinding the grind, thinking it would pay off. It’s not haha
I don't think they will nerf skills unless they become a problem in arena later down the line. We all know how op divine disaster is, they decided to make part 2 of it. So I think you're good. I still have dark wisp on my shadow beak so I think we're good.
They are balanced --- try to fight the new hardmode boss and you gona cry a river....................oh and he drops cool horns so you can pretend to be a demon king.
@@Landoftheignorant I might just be extremely unlucky but after picking 80+ skill fruits on sakurajima I have 0 holy bursts... do they even drop from those?
@@Landoftheignorant its actually not possible to Holy Burst from a skill fruit tree. You can only get it by breeding. I believe you can spread it from a Selyne.
Thats kinda odd. Holy Burst is supposed to be Neutral type damage, but Necromus is a dark type so he should be resisting and taking reduced damage from it... but hes not. Also Paladius is the same element as Holy Burst so should be resisting the damage too, but again doesn't seem to be taking reduced damage from it.
no, that was the case for all neutral attacks. neutral isn't super effective against anything but nothing resists it either, including dark. Source: I used to use an air cannon fenglope in desert dungeon runs and dark types like blazehowl noct and incineram didn't have grayed out numbers for the damage
@@FanaticPope But if you use cooldown reduction, you can shoot anything like a machine gun. LOL And that bomb thing must be aimed right and it is hard to aim right with fast moving targets. It is just too slow to even aim at anything right. So, if you try to hit something like Anubis, you will miss 90% of the time. That skill can only be used to hit slow moving BIG targets. LOL
Funny, I keep hearing about people breeding down for Holy Burst, but Ive gotten 3 of them as Fruits. Granted, it's one of the rare ones, but it is available.
