This was SO good for me!! What a word. Especially #5 👍🙏💪 1. Is he in God's PRESENCE?? -does he usher you to a deeper intimacy into the presence of God? 2. Is he in God's WORD?? -can he HEAR and HEED the voice of God? -does he desire to know more about God and submit to who God is? 3. Is he FAITHFUL to his assignment?? -abad (greek): to labor -does he have a good work ethic? -are you faithful where you are? -does he have PURPOSE? Is he responsible? worshipping? established? 4. Does he CULTIVATE things around him?? -are things better as a result of his presence? -greater fruit, greater yield?? -become a HUSBAND(man) before you become a husband. -husband=cultivate, pay attention, grow, manage carefully, till -can you be faithful, responsible, accountable, and cultivate? -MODEL, not dominate 5. Can he cover you?? -potential? LEAD? 1. He REJOICES over his wife. CELEBRATES her. -takes charge over atmosphere ---> growth, life, maturity 2. He AFFIRMS his wife. Does he VALIDATE you? -she can't help if he won't let her. -He allows her to be who God's called her to be. 3. He SPEAKS life into his wife's future. Becoming prophetic--->COMMUNICATE -speaking things into existence. He unlocks purpose in his wife's future. -can he speak over you? positively? He is shaping the future with his words. -the wife's future is found in the husband's mouth. WELL worth the listen!! Glory to God for such a powerful session! Is He Husband Material | Therapy Thursday | Issac Curry He can be right for you, but not ready for you. The level of training didn’t allow an individual to see things outside of the surface. Genesis 2:8 1. Is he in God’s presence? 2. Does he hear & heed the voice of God? A level of conviction, desire, hunger. 3. Is he faithful to his assignment? Presence Word Assignment Cultivate. Labor. Grow. Purpose. Good work ethic. Is he responsible? A man without an assignment, who doesn’t know who God called him to be, not walking & flourishing is dangerous & can cause harm. Those are sneak previews of an attraction. Are you consistent with your calling? Are you faithful with where you are and where God has you today? Is he established in anyway? As a woman, you have to be discerning, observant, and watch. 4. Does he cultivate things around him? Are things better or worse because of his presence? Are things growing around him? Husband in its principal language means to manage something carefully, cultivating and making things grow, and toiling the ground. Genesis 3:17 He was being everything he needed to be in his single life before his marriage life. He was a husband before he was a husband. You don’t grow things by demand, but by cultivating carefully. You have to learn how to manage multiple things. 5. Can he cover you? Does he have the potential to cover me? Three things to look for if he can cover us: 1. He rejoices over his wife. Growth Life Maturity He set the atmosphere. What you don’t celebrate, acknowledge, or rejoice over will die because of the lack of your attention. Genesis 2:23 2. He affirms his wife. He gave her permission to be who she is supposed to be in his life. She won’t let if he won’t let her. Does he validate your calling? Is he intimated? Is he trying to keep you from being who you’re supposed to be? Genesis 3:20 He speaks life over his wife. He speaks into his wife’s future. Your value goes beyond the home. ‼️ THIS. 🥹 He is shaping her future with his words. A wife’s future should always be found in the husbands mouth. Lips. Tongue. Of the husband. A husband should always be speaking over his wife’s future. Don’t look for what you are not. Don’t expect what you are not. We have a tendency to expect for people what we are not doing ourselves. 💭

Thank you pastor Isaac I do wish I knew all of these before I got married. My ex husband was none of those. We both were broken. He did not want to grow anything apart from cannabis in the roof😢 I coped with it for 2 yrs, then I came to Christ and realised I was lied to and sold a dream from hell. I do 🙏 for my ex Husband to come to Christ and find love again. I know the divorce broke him to pieces. I could continue to live in a lie and be OK with his sick plan for growing and dealing with drugs. Lord have mercy. In jesus name.amen🙏✝️
