I think it's about what he went through when he had his mental breakdown from drinking. Hallucinations, passed out on the bathroom floor, the risk of "pushing up daisies" (death) being nearer and nearer, and then waking up at the end. The Lambo is part of his hallucination because that's always been his dream car but now that he can afford it, he feels like it would be a betrayal of everyone who got him where he is to blow that kind of money on a car. That was my impression the first time I watched it and Tom said in his BTS video with Nova that "making the video about a drug addict was my idea" so I think I'm pretty close in my interpretation.

I really like the sound of this song. It's a wonderful video and has a beautiful message. Tom's not currently working on an album, although Superman and Stronger Version will be on the next new album he drops. He will drop several single videos until he's ready to release a full album, which will be a physical cd, not digital download. He has so many great songs that no one except those of us who have his physical albums have heard, they're arguably some of his best songs. 🤩 For the past few years Tom has dropped an inspirational song around Christmas as his present to us. He was on his way to work in the rain and cold when he tripped over his boot lace and fell flat on his face and a puddle of muddy water. When he looked up, a Lamborghini was staring back at him from the window of a car shop. He felt like it was taunting him saying no matter what you do, you'll never be good enough to own me. Tom could buy several lambos now but he hasn't. But when he passes out in the beginning, and then wakes up at the end, it was all a dream. Thus the dream car
