Question: when we bought our home the bank went and appraised it for 510k but we got a letter from the county and it's valued at 470ish. What number do we go off of? Thanks. .
County assessments are different from appraisals. Usually, the assessment is lower than the appraised value unless prices fell over the course of a year.
