Since many years homosexuality is considered as a unnatural sexual practice. Till now gay and lesbian were fighting for their rights,
but now with the time people are slowly realising that homosexuality is completely normal thing and the LGBTQ community has equal rights as any other men and women.
in this video I will be speaking about the myth which is associated with homosexuality that it's one kind of mental disorder, as a psychiatrist I would like to say that homosexuality is neither crime nor a mental health disorder. watch the full video to gain more insight about homosexuality. It was definitely not a choice, I didn't wake up one day and think to myself....oh I think I will be gay today. I had no concept that being a lesbian was even a real thing. I was not exposed to any lgbt content when I grew up in the 90s. One day shortly after the start of puberty I turn around in maths class and this girl removes her hair tie and shakes out her hair. Suddenly out of nowhere I was taken over by this strange sensation going up my spine, feeling hynotized, my mouth gapping and my eyes popping out of my sockets. I couldn;t even fake that reaction if I tried. It came out of nowhere and caught me totally by surprise. It shook me. I did not choose.

I know a lot of people will disagree with me but but I think being a gay or lesbian (not transgender though) is a choice ,we all know that our growing environment has lot to do with our personality so similarly what we are watching on 18+ platforms or other platforms also has huge effect on our sexual orientation , I don't hate them for being that just like I can't hate a person for his or her personality .
