The Esplanades are so breathlessly beautiful. Walking along these charming romantic red-brick-laden pathways give tingles on my feet, its like one is lightheartedly trodding, or leisurely strolling, on a hidden gem, where you find delightful discoveries along the way, a secluded private garden of a home peeking from among the bushes; rows of flowers adorning the back fence of a nice residence; a bakery/cafe along the way; palm trees and trellises adorning from a corner. Lovely. I wish i was there to savor the moment, and the sunshine. Thanks for this video, Cecille.
Wow Iloilo! One of the oldest, most preserved and best Cities of the Philippines. Being recognized by the UNESCO City of Gastronomy which is home to the famous La Paz Batchoy, Pancit Molo, KBL, Kansi, Laswa, Native Lechon Manok, Binakol, Chicken Inasal, etc. The City of many Firsts, Bike and Festival Capital of the Philippines and the 2nd most progressive City in the Visayas.
Thank you for showcasing my lovely city especially the Esplanade a 12 and counting kilometers of clean , vibrant and beautiful place for all to enjoy .
Iloilo is the first capital of the philippines before metro manila and cebu and before spanish and american war, despite of under development iloilo still remain resilient and captivating catching up modernization and development programs.
weeehh hambug tlaga ahaha. FYI Colon street is the oldest street in the Philippines proof that its the first Capital before Manila. Pinagsasabi mong Iloilo?
After several visits to Cebu I am now planning to visit Iloilo next time, as I am hoping to find a beautiful clean place to retire in the Philippines 🇵🇭
@alanzafra. There is a new township currently being built in Santa Barbara, Metro Ilollo, 30 minutes away from these Esplanades. At 135hectares, SANTA BARBARA HEIGHTS by MEGAWORLD, will have a themed architectural design inspired by the BOCA RATON RESORTS area in Florida. This very near the Iloilo International Airport.
Iloilo is still under construction ..New public market is still on works, the wire in Calle Real is still on restoration for underground cabling and this is what were looking forward to ..No more nasty cabling on site soon. The Esplanade and of course the brown out that affected Panay Island. We are still work in Progress but were getting there.
At rhe other end of that bridge (the Jalandoni-San Agustin bridge), 27:41, is the ILOILO CITY GARDEN OF LOVE at Esplanade3. It is delightful to stroll in the area both at daytime and at nighttime when LED lights flood the garden and the giant bowers of hearts .

@@itscecille1364 And the ambiance is totally different, I have frequented that place and I haven't felt the so called feel good ambiance, maybe as part of enhancement program they should provide more trees and more colorful and attractive business establishment like outdoor cafe and similar establishment.

That's what you call inggit. ILOILO CITY is the only city in the Philippines , along with two others - Baguio and San Carlos - awarded the ASEAN Clean Tourist City Award by an ASEAN Tourism Organization.
no. Mas malinis ang Baguio mahit sang brgy ka pa pumunta. thats the first thing you will notice in Baguio. Malinis sa Iloilo pero sa business district arras lang at jan sa festive walk pero if you go further, ang dugyot kaya bumalk na lng uli kami sa city center. kaya sana gayahin nila ang Baguio na kahit sa sulok sulokan eh malinis pa rin. pero i love iloilo malinis ang mga tourist spots.
Generally po malinis. Some places privately owned cguro. Province na province po talaga ang Iloilo City so what u will see outside of the city center are plants and animals
