I have learned so much from your videos in the last couple of months. I’ve had an autoimmune condition for over 12 years. My most recent “diagnosis” is mixed connective tissue disease and arthritis. I’ve been in a flare for over a year.
Similar to warm compresses, I find my Bruder mask is helpful. I bought it from my eye doc's office. It goes in the microwave to heat up then I wear on my eyes for 10 min a day
I have RA and Sjogrens AND of course the Dry eyes and Dry mouth - eyes can be very irritated. Thanks for the advice, I will go and check this out with a doctor.
