I'd like to think Shamane is pretty hard to miss because of his prosthesis, but ofc Matilda completely forgets about the man who lent her a helping hand and instead remembers the woman whom she talked with for no more than a minute.

Unfortunately, the character stories are not part of the event rerun. Good news though, starting with 1.9 the story events and the associated character story will be permanently added into the game starting with the Rimet Cup story. So at some point, Mor Pankh will be permanently added into the game with both KB and Shamane's character story in there as well.
