Yeah, funny how Lyn Alden about 1 or 2 years ago said "I would avoid tech and growth stocks now, and look at value stocks." And look at what happened since then.
@@AngelicStreak Whether it's 1 or 2 years makes a big difference, because if they said avoid growth stocks at the start of 2022, then that's good advice, but if they said it at the start of 2023, then it's not. So, you will need to give a more specific date for us to judge whether the advice was good or bad. Market timing advice is time dependent and will definitely change over the period of a year. Also, Lyn Alden is a macroeconomic analyst who looks at longer term economic trends, which is a completely different type of analysis to those who look at shorter term technical chart patterns and trade on a shorter term basis. So, I don't see how anything that Lyn Alden said over a year ago is relevant to the present video.
