Yeah, well, there are probably many that do this. For example, there is a German RU-vidr who recently beat the game without mining blocks, attacking using left click, he couldn't access any chests, he couldn't trade, besides the hotbar and the off hand the inventory was locked and he couldn't drop any items. Additionally, he couldn't open the inventory normally.

Thanks! Yeah hearing the hissing sound of the creeper made me instantly grab my mouse out of habit, but since I died instantly afterwards anyway I decided it wasn't that big of an issue since it didn't have any repercussions in the run

The answer is very simple: I accidentally very slightly moved my mouse (probably by pushing my mousepad a bit), and when I saw the vertical angle value at 0.4 I realised something was wrong, so I fixed it back to 0.0 (you can see it at 9:26). I wasn't going to invalidate the run at this point for that since it was accidental and didn't have any impact on the run, so I kept going.
