The Nintendo 3DS has MANY great features. The best one being of course, StreetPass. Ever since I got my Nintendo 3DS back in 2012, it has been a goal of mine to get every puzzle piece in Puzzle Swap. But the real question is, is it POSSIBLE to get EVERY puzzle piece in the year 2024? The Nintendo 3DS is almost retro. And less people are carrying it around, making a StreetPass increasingly rare. But that won't stop me from trying, so let's see if it's possible!

Completing Puzzle Swap is a huge achievement, Congratulations! Although not the same, thankfully with Netpass these games are still completely beatable in your day to day life!

@@y2commenter246 Homebrew that simulates Streetpass. You run Netpass and it gives you a list of virtual locations to "visit". You pick one per day and it matches you with other people who also picked the same location that day.

Congrats on getting them all! I still remember when I did the StreetPass and how thrilled I was when I finally completed the Mega Man puzzle. These apps (lack of a better word) definitely helped you get by if you didn't own a lot of games.

There is! It's called NetPass, it's super cool it doesn't just like automatically streetpass you with thousands of people its a slow drip just like irl :)

I got my Nintendo 3DS for Christmas in 2011 and still have it to this day. It's the Aqua Blue one.

Holy shit, I was way closer to being finished myself than I thought. 1668/1682, using coins to finish off the rest. My final puzzle is Culdcept Revolt. Now if only it would stop giving me duplicates, I could be done with this whole thing myself. Congratulations, by the way. It sure is a long road.

It’s weird it has been 13 years since the 3DS released. It’s really weird. The aps on the 3DS was a cool highlight. I remember using the AR games a ton. I think I streetpassed 35 people or so. It was nice

I remember trying to complete the puzzles I enjoyed more... Then I lost my 3DS and had to get a replacement. While I only lost two games because of that (NSMB2 as a pack-in, and Phantom Hourglass which was in the slot at the time), it did mean that all the progress not contained on physical carts was gone.

I'm not going to get my hopes up but I would love for the next Nintendo console to have bonus online features like the Wii did. I wasn't really old enough to appreciate them during the Wii's lifespan.

I hope that Nintendo Switch 2 brings the feature of StreetPass back (it could get an extension that, if you don’t have a 3DS, it has a small pocket-sized system that counts steps and flashes the light). Seems a bit doubtful, but…it would be cool.

Soon someone will 100% Animal Crossing New Leaf and obtain every item in the game, including the Japanese-exclusive DLC items (though they would have to be homebrewed since the 3DS’ online servers are gone).

Did it through home pass, didn't have the money to flew around the world and shizzle so I took the cheap option. By the by, Is Pax an event for RU-vidrs with only overpriced retrogames? I've seen a lot of yt'ers talking about Pax, so I thought to my self, this isn't the place to be . I don't want to know what's the next hidden gem from some guy with long hair and I don't want to pay thousands for DuckTales 2 and saying I was at PAX or 2manygames.

I beaten puzzle swap before on my old 3ds but it got stolen back in october 2018 sadly, so i have to start over again from the beginning sadly.

Using mods only allows you to unlock the other panels. Unless you know of a cheat code that does what you say then yeah you still have to collect from others. I'm just glad then Ana puzzle was saved from being lost media.
