@@VendeholtReacts When they watch it in English dub they will see all the details in the screen and they will enjoy the animation and understand all the information better... I hope you see my comment i already love your reaction guys keep it up 🙏🏻♥️
Mad respect for them to rewatch the previous episodes. I don't even think it was necessary. After watching this episode I think they are getting the hang of it.
I love how they're slowly getting used to reading the subtitles and how naturally the theory crafting began after Eren got eaten. Lol. You guys are in for a wiiiiiild ride. 🤣
It's awesome to see an older generation who knows almost nothing about anime have a crack at watching AOT. Super cool! Without a doubt they're going to enjoy it, but for the love of God let them watch it in dub!! They will enjoy it more. For hardcore fans like myself, i get the whole argument of sub vs dub. Tbh, as i got older i started to enjoy dub a lot more. They've already stated they had to re-watch eps 1-4 because it was hard for them to absorb information, so that should sway whoever is in charge to swap to dub. Also, they're not huge fans of anime yet, so i don't think the whole sub thing is going to help. Regardless, you have a new subscriber.
The story takes us to an unexpected world. Ellen's death is the first surprise, but more surprises lie ahead. The story first aired in 2013 and reached its final episode in 2024. Many fans were gripped by the story when it first aired and patiently awaited the sequel. Now we can move on to the final episode as quickly as you all want. You are all very lucky. Please enjoy the story until the end.
It's sad that Eren had to go, but as you can see we still have Armin and Mikasa as main characters. They will continue the legacy that Eren left behind. 🥲 It's their time to shine so hope you fall in love with them too!
Not by some but many including me. Idk if u have watched aot or not but this anime has the undisputed no1 spot. And one big difference between this and got is aot doesn't have a disappointing ending or series like got. Every arc was well ended. And especially the last seasons were the best where everything started making sense.
Also first lmao. But yeah it's going well so far! Just a suggestion going forward, you could flash some kinda cards to introduce the reactors. It'd help new viewers
These boomers might need to watch the dub honestly this type of content isn’t easily understood if you’re new to anime, and specially not used to foreign films
The dubs is such a dumber and different show it's not worth even watching their reaction if they are just going to watch the stupid version. Rewatching it in English to help the understanding is fine, but the initial impression should be for the original subbed version or just not at all.
Sometimes you need to step out of your comfort zone. I think their problem is not being used to it and the only way to change that is by getting used to it. I think their reactions are pretty enjoyable. But if something is that bad we will change.
If you're first time anime watchers then dub will probably be more enjoyable to you. Plus the dub on this show is one of the better ones out there so I don't really see the point of continuing a version that is less enjoyable. On the other hand you might just get used to the japanese so either way it's cool.
The dubs are horrible, and they make make the show dumber and miss the best nuances. Those who can't tell the stark difference probably shouldn't even watch the show.
The dubs are a horrible insult to the writing and tell a whole different and dumber story, I for one, and many others, won't even bother watching a dub reaction.
It tells a different and dumber story that I and at least some others have no interest in watching anyone react to. It westernizes their personalities and dumbs down the dialogue, as well as being inaccurate and missing most of the excellent nuance.
It's a dumber show with the dubs, it misses the very best parts of the writing, subtlety and excellent voice acting that the English VAs didnt't even try to match.
@@wolfdaddy7098 I didnt say the English dub is better... I just said for this group the English dub is waaay better for them because they are new to anime thing so its hard for them to focus on the show and pick the details and read the subtitle and enjoy the animation specially when its a fast things happening at the same time so yeah the English dub is better for them
@@wolfdaddy7098 Also they cant enjoy the voice acting when its the first time they watch anime Im 22yo and for me to understand and appreciate everything about anime it took me 2 to 3 years... so for them they have to watch it alone and watch all things about anime characters and how they voice it and whats the meaning behind it and the difference between specific moment....ect so i dont think they have time to follow anime stuff its easy for them to watch anime in English dub to enjoy the screen better with all the details in it 🤷🏻♀️♥️
I prefer sub, but yall should watch the English dub to get maximum impact especially as a first anime. You don't wanna miss out on a show like this so at least consider doing the English version instead
@@wolfdaddy7098 yeah but think of them as older people who probably don't speak other languages, it's probably a lot easier to digest a dub than a sub for them, I agree tho AoT sub is miles better. Except Erwin's iconic speech in S3, English was seriously good, "my soldiers rage" went way too hard
