So far yes. These are really compact so I can bring them with me in my bag easily. I hope to wear them more often this Spring since it's still too cold where I live.
Because the arms don't have padding like the vest, they will get cold before your body do. During the spring, I wore a sweater underneath and the arms are fine. Think of it like a wind breaker arms, it will protect you from the wind but you may need another layer under for a colder weather.
