Welcome back! A larger diameter rear tire will get you some more speed, though you may have to modify the swing arm.

that motor is running very poorly, I suggest making your own intake manifold out of pipe. otherwise good stuff!

hey Oliver not Shure what your plan for a regearing is but i thought it might benefit you to know that about a year ago i had the same problem with a colmen minibike me and a friend put a Honda atc 185 in and the solution that worked out pretty well was to convert it to solid axle and use a front sprocket of a ninja 250 on the rear I believe it was a 15 tooth rear 16 front but that was a long time ago so am not Shure, I remember that thing would go about 65-70 before it ran out of torque.
