I believe ALL of these meetings should have a civilian or group of civilians sitting and listening. They can be elected by the people but not as part of the decision-making in the meetings. But they do have the power to force these appointed officials to answer these questions. If not, then the groups representing each state can have them removed and then appoint someone of the committees choosing. WE NEED TO TAKE OUR POWER BACK. They are paid by the people, they work for the people. So, they should answer these questions in public. I'm about fed up with this bull shit.
